Like many people below, I'm starting to think that this company is a scam... I placed my order on October 2nd. shipping should be within 14 business days. Now I don't mind waiting, I know delays CAN happen... but after a month of absolute silence from their part, I asked for an update. after a few days they said that there were some delays of about 2 weeks (which apparently they say to everyone -- see trustpilot reviews) and that they expected to do de delivery in the first half of november. We're in the first half of december and still nothing...not a single word, or update, nothing! send numerous emails, no response what so ever. I'll start a case with paypall within a few days, cause I dont think these guys are for real.

Ordered on 6th November and I am still waiting for my map to be dispatched. It was due to be dispatched by 25th November. I keep getting marketing emails from them but no update on my order. Disappointing service.

I placed order number #C3076 on 15/11 and I still didn’t hear about a delivery date. I wrote an email and received no response. Is appreciate if you can come back and explain what’s happening and give me an estimated delivery date.
Can’t believe you are asking for feedback when you don’t even respond to emails.

After a couple delays due to covid and lockdown the map finally arrived and is looking very good!

I ordered the world map on the 4th of October for my husband's birthday. I thought I was perfectly timed as my husband's birthday is on the 22nd of November. Days then weeks went by and still I hadn't received anything. Even today on 28.11 I am still standing here without the goods and waiting. Again and again promises were made, not a single promise was kept, which is a great pity. I had already reached the point where I wanted to cancel the order, but then decided against it, because they said that my order would definitely be included in next week's shipment. It will definitely be shipped next week. Unfortunately, I have not received any tracking again. I understand that there may be delays due to the pandemic. I also understand that due to a lockdown the deadlines are pushed back, but the lack of communication from the administration of yourwordmap.eu is miserable. The dates on the website are lock attempts and are not correct. Instead of 3-5 working days or "in stock" I have now had to wait almost 2 months for the goods and am still waiting. I would rather deny the question of a further purchase at the moment.
The good ones can be of the best quality, but if the service is not right, the memory will stick to the products.

So as company's representative Emma told me each map is an individual order which is made from scratch and it takes 7-14 days. So after 3 weeks I got my tracking and 3-4 days later I received it at the other side of the globe in Northern California. I was especially impressed about 2 days delivery from Paris to my doordash.
The map itself is brilliant, not perfect but I love it. So you should have a flat uncurved walls to stick the pieces edge to edge without drops aaaand better to polish the back of the map with the sand so that double sided tape could better stick to it.
We assembled mine 2,5x1,5m map for 5 hours (almost all Saturday). My special delight was about the islands to find all their places on map was a geographical adventure which I liked. I was worried about extracting islands from the base, but they did a great job in perforating the base with laser so that all islands were super easily extracted with no crack or force applied.
So now I have a great chocolate tone world map on my wall and my daughters are bit better know our mother Earth geography.

Ordered on 5th of October and never received.
Last week they said me i would have received tracking number but as you can image nothing received.
From Last week not even answers trough mail or phone calls.
Ridiculous and really bad service.

I like these Wood maps, I admire every detail, as it was made very high quality and with love

Beautiful product, such good quality. We had a delay with receiving the flag pins because of the new design. We received prompt responses to our emails and we were kept in the loop. All have been received now. Really looking forward to seeing this on the wall. Thank you!

Was absolutely amazed by the detail in the map I bought. I got a small size map and it's a fantastic feature in my living room.

Very dissapointed with the service. Made my purchase on 4th October 2021 and still not received my map.
The product looks great, but the communication and updates are terrible.
There seems to be only 1 person responding with the same message duplicated.
I'm unsure if the business is still operating, but they were happy to just take my money with no regular updates...
I have since written a dispute via PayPal for a full refund, however I'm now concerned reading other people's reviews that my money may never be returned
