I ordered a 2d world map for the wall with an expected delivery date of around a week.
Despite emails over the next few weeks with various replies delaying delivery I asked for a refund but there was no reply to that!
Raised a charge back with my card company and have now had the money reinstated into my account after two months of hassle.

I have ordered a 2D Light brown wooden world map from you on the 1st of august. #C4174 is my order number. My name is Peter Simon. It has been 2 month already. I called you, I wrote you an email, no answer. Did you rip me off, or will I receive my package?

Ironically the company asked for this review on the 2 month anniversary of non-delivery. I have tried on two occasions to ask for a timeline when the product will be with me but got totally chinned off; with one fully ignored message and one vague response saying things are taking longer than expected.

I still really like the look of the product so holding out before raising a PayPal claim but have little confidence I will ever see the end result on my wall.

Easy to order, good package (no damage), good quility and easy to place on my wall.

I still didn't received my work map and I ordered it in July.
Weird you send me an email to explain my experience.
I tried to call, send already 2 mails to your Gmail and filled in a form to ask how come i still didn't received my world map. Greetings.

Hello.
Experience is awful. We did order pimple’s with flags of countries. About 2 months ago. Still no answer we’re is our order. No one is texting as back about the order.
Please return paid money for the order or finely ship us our order.
Hopefully we will get some answer.
Or else we will never suggest no body to order nothing from you.

I am very disappointed with this company
I bought a product from them but it has never delivered to us for 1 year now
I have sent several emails with no response from them.

Until I made my order and pay for it, it was everything OK. On my inquiry (two times) about delivery time nobody replied. When I started to solve this problem with PayPal, they sent me tracking number of package. When I recieved package, ordered merch were incomplete. On my request to delivery missing merch or refund nobody repleid again.

It would be nice , if I got my order, but I didn't , I even sent 3 e-mails with no reply !

I dind't receive my map yet!!!!!!
I bought my map in march!!!!!!
I would like to know where is it!!! I'm still waiting for a answer, but anyone answer me!!

Pros: You´ll probably get a map in the end.


Cons: A lot. Here´s a list:
1. They claim delivery time is "7-14 business days". (I even got this confirmed on email after my order was placed). My map arrived after 50 business days (2 and a half months). They often claims their maps are "in stock" - but often they´re clairly not - at least not in this part of the world. Their "express delivery" is of course meaningless when it takes over two months before the shipment is ready.

2. They fool all customers by their "campaigns" at the top of their website - with a timer counting down to the end of the campaign. Problem is - the timer is local in your browser, and has nothing to do with reality. (Start up their website in two browsers, and you´ll see the the timer start on the same point).

3. The maps pretty much are always "on sale". The full price seems to be just another way to fool their customers.

4. They got ONLY positive reviews on their website. I do not doubt some people are happy, but they clairly does NOT post negative reviews on their website. A brief look through the trustpilot reviews get a more balanced picture.

5. The quality of the map seems to be fair enough, but not very good. And the extra islands on the Xtra Small map got wrong propotions - they´re to big (around double of their actual size I guess), so they pretty much filled up the entire Mediterranean Sea. I removed them.

To sum up: These people are clairly talented people. They´re good at advertising and promoting their products, but I hate it when someone actually tries (and succeeds) in fooling their customers with clairly false information about campaigns, delivery times etc. So to the guys at yourworldmap.eu: Use your talents in a positive way - play with open cards - and do not fool people. You might earn less money, but you can go to bed with good conscience.

The map did take a little time to arrive but we did get emails informing us there would be a delay. It takes a while to put up as some of the islands are teeny and take some sorting but it looks amazing on the wall and we have had a lot of people asking where we got it from.

Like another review I placed order 19 April with confirmation that it would be shipped within 14 days and have not received anything.
When trying to contact via email it bounces back and the website no longer works, I think we've been done.... not happy, do not order from these people

Very fast delivery, beautifully packaged.
This is the perfect finishing touch for the playroom, and a great learning tool.
We loved putting this up, was so easy to do and so much fun! Everyone that comes round is amazed!

Appalling service! Ordered the 15th of March, paid, and so far I haven’t received it yet. They wrote me in March telling me that would have been a slight delay, I tried to get in touch with them with no answer. Honestly, I am starting to think that I have lost my money at this point…

Love this map! Delivery time approx 2 weeks. Decided on a brown map size 120x200. Beautiful colour and great details. Came with instructions so very easy to install. Absolutely amazing on the wall.

I am so happy with my map! It was really fast delivery and the quality was much better than I imagined. Everyone who comes to visit also likes it very much, it is definitely a wall decor that you can fall in love with.
