Staff was so amazing and helpful

I had such a great experience with Youswim’s customer support. I reached out about an issue with one of my swimsuits, and even though it was over a year old and I didn’t have my receipt, their team went above and beyond to help me. Jake was incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process.

They ended up offering me a replacement at no cost, which I truly didn’t expect and really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products.

I’ve always loved their swimsuits (I get so many compliments every time I wear them!), and this experience just made me love the brand even more. Highly recommend! 💛

Absolutely love the feel and look of the swimsuits. I got the one piece with stretch II and I find it’s very flattering on me, especially after having a baby and a C-section. I did have an issue with my swimsuit and I contacted the company right away and without hesitation they sent me out a new swimsuit so I was extremely happy and satisfied overall.

Beautiful swimsuit but honestly it’s not long lasting at all. Stretched and discoloured with minimal wear. I am prepared to pay for an investment piece that is long lasting, but this is not it. Big disappointment and I hope to warn others.

i first wore a youswim bikini while visiting family in seattle. i was amazed the suit fit so comfortably since my sister-in-law has a very different body shape. i also have never worn a bra and i swim at a toppless beach in california. the suit was so comfortable that i ordered 2 when i returned home. i wear them at the public pool and the bottoms alone at the beach. the suit is incredibley comfortable, which coming from a nudist, is a very high compliment!!! great job everyone! when i emailed to say the color of my top got super faded and weird, i got an immediate email saying they were very sorry and are sending me a new suit of my choice today! wow! superb customer service! bravo!!!

They were so quick to respond, and gave me a full replacement for my bathing suit - I was just expecting a discount code for a new one. So impressed!
