Disgusting experience

I wanted to register as an international agency they refused to verify my profile because I had my team in Asia... they said "YouTeam's vision is to provide developers only from Europe and Latin America, as our clients would like to hire developers exclusively from there and have a strong overlap with them". We are working with US clients and have no issue with timings... it is discrimination against Asian developers. Maybe it is handled by racists? I am disgusted by this behavior! Moreover, all their reviews are from their own employees look at the date of the reviews...
