These shakes have been a godsend for us. U have an 11 year old who is always active and plays football but very fussy with food and gets little goodness from what he eats. He loves these shakes and I have the peace of mind that he is getting his daily nutrition.

We recently ordered products from Youth Sport Nutrition containing the Nutri-Shake and some energy bars, and so far, my daughter has loved them!

She loved the bars too.

What stood out the most was how easy the shake was, especially during our recent road trip to a cross-country race. After a five-hour car journey, easily made the drink using the mixer and powder-right in the middle of a field next to the course! She liked the drink, and it provided some much-needed energy after a tough race.
It was good to know she was hydrating and replenishing energy, rather than just drinking water, which she would ordinarily have done.

Highly recommend for any active kids and long drives!

My son who is 13 has an extremely busy lifestyle normally training 5 times a week as a minimum he had recently tried the YSN products and loves them. He has tried the vanilla ice cream and now wants to try the chocolate shake next, he loved the greens apple tonic also. In particular these products are helping him when he comes in from school as he doesn't have his evening meal until after training. He is feeling better in himself likely due to to the nutrients contained in these products.

Product is amazing. Customer service is amazing. 5 stars all round.

My daughter loves the shakes and bars. Uses the shake every day for breakfast and a bar twice or three times a week before or after training or games depending on her schedule.

My Son Ryan trains 5 days a week for Rugby and plays for one of the top Rugby Schools in Northern Ireland. We find that having to get a 45 min bus journey to the training sessions Which start at 7am leaves little time for breakfast. This is were Nutri-Teen really makes a difference.Fuel before and after training " This keeps Ryan performing throughout the day in at the gym in School and on the pitch!!!!

Excellent products aim specifically for teens. My sons both take the vitamins and the elder one takes the milkshake post training.
So glad to have found this company, I recommend to parents with teenagers.

Great shakes for my 13yr old boy who does lots of football training and this makes sure he’s getting all the nutrients that he needs combined with the gummies the oat bars and the super green drinks.

My daughter, Emma, competes in Pony Club Tetrathlon, a sport which involves Swimming, 10m Air Pistol, Cross-Country running, and Cross-country riding.
This requires intense training in all four disciplines and she has excelled in several individual sports.
2024 saw Emma take 2nd place individual Junior Girl at the UK Tetrathlon Championships in Offchurch Bury, 2nd place Junior Girl in Ulster and 5th place in All-Ireland in cross country running.
At age 15, she has been selected as part of the Irish U17 team to travel to Leeds for the Celtic International Games in February 2025.

Finley rides motocross and also competes in amateur boxing.
He trains 6 days a week but is a very fussy eater so nutri teen shakes have helped him with the nutrition he needs after every training session he completes.

I have sent numerous emails to this company and have not had any reply back. I cancelled my subscription as we still have three unopened bags of the same flavour. Despite cancelling my subscription an automatic order was placed, I contacted the company within minutes of the email coming through and didn't get any response. I have tried all the contact information available. Trying here to see if I get a response from them.
