Still haven’t received my order dating date to September. It’s now 2026 LMAO. The estimated delivery date changed multiple times. This is most likely my last time ever ordering from here. It’s absolutely ridiculous the time it takes. I’ve ordered over seas plenty of times and it never takes this long. Even if something is a pre-order, the wait window should only be 1-2 months. Very unprofessional and things need to be changed at this company. And NO, don’t offer me a refund so you can just cancel my order. I’ve been waiting for basically 5 months so I need something out of this. Just know i probably will never be buying again. This was my first time and I was super excited to buy more in the future but I changed my mind.

Ordered Mid November 2025 with est delivery end of December. Begining of January had to ask for an update and told May 2026 for delivery. Unbelievable.

I ordered something for my boyfriend in Canada and in 4 WEEKS it hasn't even shipped. When I contacted customers service I recieved an automated response that told me to track my SHIPMENT with a tracking code. Seeing as it hasn't shipped there is no code. I'll leave this review up until either A the package at least ships or if I can manage to get a refund.

I’m very impressed with the shipping and handling of my Hazbin Hotel purchase of the Nifty vinyl figure and Nifty plush. They were Christmas gifts and I didn’t know if they would make it on time. They did! I also received my Cookie Run figure that I wasn’t expecting until January. My daughter was absolutely thrilled!! We have had excellent results in the past as well, but very happy this time.

Where do I even begin?
I have friends who have purchased other FNAF merch from Youtooz, so when I decided to buy from them for the first time and go for the Nightmare figure from their exclusive Five Nights At Freddy's 4 line I was super excited to see how the final product would turn out. When it finally finished production the shipping took a ridiculous amount of time, but I was willing to excuse it for what I assumed would be a quality product. The item arrived basically destroyed, details such as the ears broke clean off the figure before it even left its package, and shortly after sitting it up-right out of the package the weight of the figure snapped the entire foot off without even being up for 24 hours. I reached out to their support and was asked to send a specific setup in my photos for proof, which I then provided. I was left with no response and had to wait over a week to hear back from their team, the only reason I even got a reply at all was because I went out of my way to send another follow-up email on the already open ticket. They claim to have sent me a replacement figure but it's been about a couple of weeks now and the shipping status has been stuck in limbo with no updates, USPS is still waiting for the item to even show up to their facility. It's been a fight to receive this product, let alone have it in a state where it's even remotely quality enough to be presented. Every step to this process has felt incredibly unprofessional, and it seems as though the team behind Youtooz takes actually distributing their merch extremely un-serious. I will never be buying from this company again and highly reccommend you do the same to avoid this exact situation.

Warning to all!
Don’t buy from this company they are a complete waste of space and time i promise my son a reaper leviathan doll for Christmas I ordered it in the 1st week of November and yet a month later still haven’t received it so I emailed them and the excuse was they had to finish sowing it so I waited another month so I emailed them and yet the same excuse was emailed to me again so no I have to wait another month before I received it I believe this company is a scam so now I have ordered it by eBay the same doll I bet it gets to me before this order does as I believe I will never receive it what a way to destroy a young autistic kids Christmas well done!

I bought a plush to give to my brother to give him for his birthday. The plush was purchased in june of 2025, email stated estimated delivery would be october. October came then estimated delivery changed to november, then november came then it said december. it is how january of 2026 and estimated delivery is in march. now why tf do i purchase something and want it next year? if i buy something i expect it within a month tops especially if its over seas. not once does this company disclaim their long preorder wait times especially for plush’s you’re supposed to just find out the hard way. i mentioned it to a friend of mine and she’s stated that she had bought 3 over a year ago and has only received 1. now why would i wanna buy something and get it 2 years later.? not buying from here again ill find numerous better alternatives.

I pre-ordered two items, while one arrived, I had to move places. I had to message them to change my mailing address and they were able to! I had a very nice worker and there weren't any complications. While I'm waiting for that package to arrive, my other package here arrived safely. Very grateful.

I made an order earlier this year and when the package was supposed to arrive and I started to get the feeling it may not come i wrote to support, they contacted me immedietaly and gave me info about the package small delay. Package arrived perfectly and in just few days. For everyone else expect it will arrive maybe in months when you are buying in a preorder. But it will come eventually dont worry and in any case support is very good .

Must say I’ve been ordering from them more and more because of the great products they come out with but it’s the times when I have things in life going on that me needing to change an address or cancel a package is as simple as asking and that’s a diamond in a rough nowadays. So many great IP’s and a wide variety of merch, you just can’t beat it!

Had issues with the courier (wont be a surprise to anyone who lives in the UK who that is) but despite being in a totally different country, the YooTooz team were able to give me whole separate tracking information that was actually updated. The figures themselves are super cute and well made, and Towelie is apparently going to be the start of a new collection for him. Thanks YouTooz ❤️

I ordered a figure back in June as a gift for someone, aware of how long their shipping sometimes takes. It was set to be sent out in October, but that date kept getting pushed back. I still hadn't even received a shipping number, so I checked the site again and it said it wouldn't ship out until next June! I decided to cancel my order, because that just seemed ridiculous and it wasn't worth the wait at that point. Conveniently, they emailed me back the next morning saying that they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped out, and suddenly I finally received a shipping number. This means, to me, that they only finally shipped it out because I wanted a refund, which makes them seem untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you ever actually want to receive the item you bought.

Had incorrectly put in my old apartment address. Emailed the support team with me correct address and they responded back with and updated/correct address the next day. Let me mention they responded on CHRISTMAS, i sent the original email on Christmas Eve, I was honestly surprised at the spread in which I got a response. I appreciate the quick response but don’t work yourself to hard yall, my address fix can always wait till after a holiday 🙌🏼 thank you !

Constantly pushing back delivery date without updating. Item was said to be shipped in Nov, so I ordered them for Christmas.
It got pushed to December and there was no update from then.
Currently it's been pushed to May.
And if you mail them, they tend to chose to reply you or ignore your emails. Very unprofessional.
