The tool in itself is not bad, but when I cancelled my account they charged me one extra month, telling that in the conditions is specified that you have to give at least a 15 days notice. It's just ridiculous.

I received an email asking me to sign a document confirming a PayPal bitcoin purchase from a vendor that I didn't know existed.
Since I haven't used bitcoin since getting ripped off by Mt Gox the purported document raised red flags. I checked it out - the vendor doesn't exist and the vendor email address didn't resolve.

When uploading a doc other than pdf format, the font and its size is automatically changed, not very nice if you work with Word letters and have to always save a pdf copy.
Does the job for "cheap" but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as there is better out there

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked these reviews before using this service.
Yousign has a predatory billing policy. They make the process of canceling difficult with no confirmation of closing of service, and they charge you even after canceling. Transparency is ZERO.
Additionally they have a rude and condescending customer service team. Avoid working with this service.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Unacceptable Cancellation Policy – Feels Like a Scam
This company enforces a 30-day notice period for cancellation, even though my renewal date was still days away when I checked. Now they claim I need to pay for another full year because I didn’t cancel early enough.
The renewal date displayed in my account clearly indicated I had time, yet they are forcing an unnecessary invoice. This is misleading, unfair, and not compliant with UK trade laws. Also I can't remove the add on, which I added months ago.
Businesses should operate with transparency, not use hidden policies to trap customers into unwanted renewals. Would not recommend.

The electronic signature service itself works fine and does what it promises. However, I'm giving this a low rating because of their problematic billing practices. From what I understand, they require you to cancel at least 15 DAYS before your next billing date, or you get charged for another full month.
I needed the service for just one qualified signature but ended up paying for two months because I cancelled a week before renewal. Essentially, I signed the document, and by the time I heard back, I was already out of the cancellation window.
While I'm guessing this policy is mentioned in their terms, it's not made at all clear at the time of sign-up, and seems unusually restrictive compared to industry standards. Most digital services either let you cancel anytime or require much shorter notice periods.
So, overall, pros:
Service works as advertised
Cons:
Excessive 15-day cancellation notice requirement
Forced to pay for unused service time
If you need their service, make sure to cancel well in advance, or you'll end up paying for time you don't need. Better yet, look for alternatives with more customer-friendly policies.

I recommend reading carefully the general terms and conditions, accepted at the time of your subscription, before committing to a plan. We often have the habit of accepting terms without reading, but there are many clauses that can have a negative impact on your finances—legally, of course! Be aware of the fine print before making a decision.

They are liars and took monthly subscription from me although I canceled my subscription. Please be careful of them. Worst service ever took my money the liars.

I purchased a signature for INPI in France. But my country passport is not accepted. I've searched all over the help and there is nothing about passports supported before you actually pay your subscription. They basically stole my money.

Yousign est une solution simple et rapide, efficace pour la gestion des documents contractuels
They stole 54 EUR from me and refuse to refund my money. I paid for a QES service because I needed a signed PDF that was "sécurisée avec certificat électronique qualifié" so that I could submit it to INPI. They advertised the service as being expressly suitable for INPI's procedures. I paid for and received the PDF which I submitted over 10 times electronically to INPI. Each time INPI rejected it for being "non-conforme". Then I called INPI and they confirmed that the document was non-conforme and essentially worthless. I reached out to Yousign Fr's "customer service" and requested a refund and they gaslit me telling me that because I downloaded the PDF so they would not reimburse me ignoring entirely the fact that they advertised the service would be accepted by INPI which it objectively was not because INPI rejected it. Do not dare give them your credit card information. They will steal your money under the guise of offering a service which they do not actually provide. This is a fraudulent company.

Generally a good tool for a fair price. However, the plans that are advertised with that they can be cancelled any time have a cancellation period. In our case we had an annual plan and cancelled it on time before the renewal just to find out that there is a notice period of 15 days before the renewal date. This was nowhere mentioned except, maybe, small in the Terms which nobody reads. It should be communicated clearly. The fact that they don't do that shows that they mainly care about their revenue instead of making their customers happy.
what a scam.
liked about providing QUALIFIED (CERTIFIED) signature, based on a monthly fee of 36 euro / month.
collected the money and then said that I have to forwared further 400 euro just to obtain ONE signature.
refused to refund the money.
had to cancel my credit card.
Bunch of scummbags.
