There is no prenotification of an annual charge. The money is just removed. Be careful of doing business with this company. I asked about a refund and there was no reply. They only stated autopay would not happen in the future.

I've had nothing but issues with their…
I've had nothing but issues with their licence activation program and have had to re-set and reactivate my licence key almost every other day. I recently paid for a full annual subscription only to have them then exclude file format conversion in lieu of an additional charge. In summary, their licence management sucks and they jack up the price on you changing the terms of your subscription after you've paid. YTD turned out to be more of a pain than it was worth.
