While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I just wanted reply to their response…

I just wanted reply to their response and let people know that they were estimating our monthly revenue by using third party tools to detect our monthly users and claimed that it’s not possible to have a 6 figure revenue with the amount of web visitors we have.

The CEO is very incompetent to have hired Frederic as the guy has an unnecessary ego. We are today partnered with Tazapay and doing over 500k per month.

These lots are most a bunch of amateurs running a fintech so best to avoid.

Reply from Yowpay

We note that you have chosen to publish a second negative review concerning the same commercial interaction, following our previous response.
As already explained, YowPay conducted a preliminary assessment of your business and decided not to proceed with your application. This decision was communicated to you on February 27, 2026.
We would like to clarify a few points.
First, assessing a prospective merchant's business model, commercial activity, and publicly available information is a standard part of our preliminary risk assessment process. Such assessments are not limited to declared turnover, and a company's revenue, regardless of its amount, does not automatically qualify it for our services.
Second, YowPay is under no obligation to accept every merchant application or to proceed with a formal onboarding process when a business does not meet our internal acceptance criteria.
We are pleased that you have found a payment partner suitable for your business. However, your subsequent commercial success does not invalidate our initial decision.
Finally, we strongly disagree with the personal remarks directed at our employees and management. Professional disagreements should not result in personal attacks, particularly when the underlying matter concerns a legitimate business decision.
We respect your right to express dissatisfaction, just as we retain the right to determine which business relationships we wish to establish.
Our decision remains unchanged, and we consider this matter closed.
