A lot of my results came back as…as insufficient samples

A lot of my results came back as insufficient samples ! The amount of blood sample required is totally unrealistic with just a small pin incision from the finger. I am very disappointed with your service as it was quite expensive and I didn't get the information that I paid for . I would like to request a refund for the male test kit I also ordered

I ordered a comprehensive kit and that…

I ordered a comprehensive kit and that never arrived , I complained and got another one sent which came in 2 days but got delivered to the wrong house and was opened by my neighbour (mistaken package, she apologised for that) , which was embrassing. When I finally opened the replacement package it was the testing kit for males; I am a female. I asked for a refund back and got a swift refund within 2 days. Only good thing was customer service via email very fast response.

We're very sorry, as we've corresponded about, to learn that the Royal Mail simply did not deliver your first test kit -- and, when they delivered your second, delivered it to the wrong address! We are working with our dispatch team and with the Royal Mail to try to identify ways in which the Royal Mail can ensure products are delivered to the correct address, and have raised a complaint with them with respect to your product, which we fully understand is especially sensitive in nature.

With respect to the wrong kit being sent, we don't like to beat around the bush and simply think it's best and right to hold up our hands when we make a mistake, and we certainly made a mistake when sending you the wrong kit gender. Again, there are no excuses for this, and it was simply a dispatch error on our end.

Of course, this was compounded by the Royal Mail's mistakes, and we fully agree that because of all of these things you did not receive the level of customer service that we strive to provide.

We are happy, though, that you found the customer service helpful, as well as the quick refund.

In short, thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback, and please know that you are and were heard, and we will do our very best to keep it under consideration as we strive to create a better experience for the Yoxly community.

Wonderful experience

I received the kit thru my mailbox not knowing it was the STI kit! it was definitely discreet

I found it easy to use, straightforward and efficient! The email prompts you to really prepares yourself prior to receiving the kit. Yoxly made the process simple and fuss-free. Just a couple of small punctures and you get your results in a couple of days. I love how secure the results are too - ensuring only you with the pin code can see them. Super worth it!

Incredible experience

Incredible experience. Couldn’t be easier! In the past, I haven’t tested as often as I should because it felt uncomfortable for me. This is a game changer. The test arrived quickly and was so simple to use. Results came back quick too. I accidentally put the wrong phone number on my details and I had a response within 30 minutes to get my results to me! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Excellent.
