I frequently use Youbuy for buying on Taobao. They always provide great customer service, all my questions are answered quickly and in full. Packaging is good, with tracking and arrives quickly. Highly reccomended!

From my very first experience this is so-called big company turns out to be a single person fraud business. Let me demonstrate it step by step. I have made two orders under my YUYBUY account and paid for them via Paypal. In the same evening I got an email from YUYBUY that my account is locked and if I want to proceed my order further I have to pay 50% more via Western union, Web money ,QIWI or TT (bank transfer), alipay or wechat. During the process of clarifying the issue with the agent via chat I realized that this so-called company does not have live money to redeem the items ordered by customer. In my case the budget of two orders was less than 600 USD ))). I did not agree to pay any extras in order "to establish a trustworthy relationship with YOYBUY" and as alternate option the agent offered a refund procedure where a buyer losses money on exchange rates. Eventually I have opened a dispute at Paypal and guess what?! Right, the agent does not respond on it despite the fact that he/she has viewed the dispute.
Choose your business partners wisely and pass by those like YUYBUY.

I have been using the service since 2018, there are no complaints, an honest company. Even during the pandemic in 2020, we were able to deliver a package. I recommend using it.

Wouldn't recommend to use their service.

1. Used Buy For Me, paid for the product and held my order because there was difference of exchange rate that they only realize after 2 days.
2. When items arrived, paid for shipping delivery. 3 days later, I was informed there's a weight difference and total shipping cost is more than product cost.

Overall, very bad and slow service. Each round, they take more money from you and you have to pay alot more than estimated. Get an estimated cost on their website and double / triple it to adjust your expectation.

If you think you can rely on them to run your dropshipping business, you'll be making losses instead of profit.

**Don't trust the 5 star ratings. The other 1 star ratings posted here are all true.

That's their business model. Keep charging you extras with "valid" reasons. Dishonest, not a proper business. The whole idea is to get you to keep paying more.

Don't waste your time on this agent, use others.

I chose several products on the Tao, they all packed into one and sent. I chose the cheapest delivery - the cargo, but the track number was still given and he worked to the house.

So I made an account on yoybuy and proceeded to order 2 items through them. I go to sleep and wake up to check the status of my order and come to find out my account is FROZEN!!? Like really? What did I do to have my account frozen. I wasn’t notified or anything. Please give me my money back. This is unfair and just outright wrong. customer service has not even got back with me. I would not use them as an agent just from this experience
