Yoybuy is not the first proxy agent that I have ever used, but it is the only one I place my trust in. There is nothing that I can complain about Yoybuy honestly. I bought few PC motherboards on Taobao…
I bought few PC motherboards on Taobao using Yoybuy service and my experience was much better than I expected, seriously, it's awesome. Just few things are worth to mention:
1) Parcels arrive to Canada during pandemic no problem,with tracking provided. I've got two already;
2) Customer service is very responsive, they handle possible issues with Taobao sellers on your behalf;
3) Detail pricing (item price, storage, insurance, service, Paypal, shipping ...) is available before you buy something. I didn't know before that there are so many different fees, LOL. It's still better than on Aliexpress;
Overall, it's highly recommended.

Item arrived broken
Item arrived broken. Badly packaged.
I contact support and in 10 days, they weren't able to get me through the seller and won't refund my money.
I took it to PayPal dispute claim, and then, they asking to close the dispute. Then, suddenly, manager comes in and will give me a refund but first I have to close the dispute?!.
Worst service ever.
Last but not least, they also blocked my account.

A very easy to use service for purchasing items on Taobao. If you are unsure how to buy from taobao or just want to save on shipping this site is really A+! Very slow response time
Submitted shipping on the 14th August, still not shipping 1st September mostly because they take 2-4 days to reply to one simple email. I email them at least once a day but they for some reason ignore them.
Also they promised to give me $15 coupon but it never arrived to my account but I've given up chasing them.
