Don't waste your money.

YPC Media is a joke. The only way they could possibly be in business is by duping poor, unsuspecting folks who are too busy to notice that they're being scammed out of their hard-earned money. Anyone that's ever spent more than 5 minutes on the internet can tell immediately that YPC has no idea what they're doing. They create the laziest, most uninspired plug-n-play websites and social media posts, using the SAME. EXACT. COOKIER-CUTTER. templates for multiple clients. This is a huge problem, especially for small businesses, which benefit *greatly* from having a unique presence and an actual branding strategy. If you want to see how marketing can have a real impact on your business, don't waste your money on these clowns and hire an actual marketer.

This is for YPC media (pushin PDR)…

This is for YPC media (pushin PDR) isn’t it funny nowhere on the web especially Google can you find to leave a review for this company that’s how hard they make it because of all the dissatisfied customers. This company reached out to me end of 2020.2021 because I own a company that does PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) after months of them, bugging me to start a campaign with them I did, and man I wish I should’ve went with my gut because about 6 months into doing business with them, I had a friend who used to do websites and knew the back end of websites and what Google looks for like keywords, etc. and this company in no way shape or form knew what they were doing and I have been paying them close to $500 a month. I had no keywords when myself or I would have somebody look for my company in the areas that I service my business would never pop up and that was because the way they had the website structured. After being very upset, the main general manager she contacted me , after hours on the phone with her, she told me to give her two months so I could see a difference. Well, two months past and became almost a year until another sales guy called me and said they fix the problem after doing and generating website analysis they did not fix it , they just added a couple things here and there but it wasn’t 100% then I started getting my webpage turned off by them after I owned the webpage that I had purchased they were holding it hostage and would turn it off monthly on me. When I would call them and tell them about it , they would give me BS stories saying it’s probably googles servers. Lol they must think I was born yesterday so whoever reads this and is a PDR tech or Detailer, I promise you go find another SCO company or someone to put your buisness out there. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for just hosting your website and they claim they get you 50 to 100 clients a month which is BS. So take my word stay away from YPC media -Pushin PDR. You will thank me later.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They’re praying on companies and business owners not remembering or being able to pull things up in their records from two years ago. They’ll give you a call out of the blue send you an invoice saying they owe you $749, but they’re nice enough to waive all the late fees and penalties. The funny thing is they can’t pull up any other kind of communication within the last two years between you and them. They will then continue to call you and call you and call you and get you to answer questions whether you want to or not and then record those answers and spice them into a recording showing and stating that you agree to a contract that you never agreed to. don’t give these people the time of day they are horrible people praying on hard-working business owners to pay the money that they were never owed by using scare tactics. They start out nice and friendly and then they become corrosive and start calling you and calling you and calling you. Stay away from them.

They shot the recording back to me saying agreed to my address (which I no longer lived during this so called period.) and other things.

Told them to fly a kite. Let them send me to collections if they so do. Collections agencies won’t take on companies like do to their tactics.

Scammers and Thieves!

YPC is a parent company of several YP ___ media companies. YP City Media demanded I pay for services I cancelled, but because I had done it by phone I did not have a record of the cancellation. I reluctanatly agreed to pay, and sent a certified letter to cancel along with the payment.
A month later I get a call from YP Local Media saying that I had agreed to pay them. They pulled up the recording of my agreeing to pay YP City Media!
I do not even have YP Local Media as a vendor in my company payment system.
They are thieves and scammers. Stay far away from this company, and all YP Media companies.

Dishonest and Predatory Sales Team, Disservice to BBB

It's so sad when a company becomes a "sales" organization. YPC Media is a scam company that has partnered (pay-to-play) with the Better Business Bureau and outbound calls to accredited businesses leaving messages about urgent issues with Google. I encourage anyone to stay away from their predatory practices. The BBB should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with such a sketchy organization.

JOKE: First off they charged my credit card…

First off they charged my credit card three times because they "accidentally " ran the card more than once, because "they thought" it didn't work. Was a massive production to get the extra charges returned. Secondly the company promises all these things to market your company online, then after your payment, just lies dead.

past employee here, stay far away from YPC Media

past employee here, this company is a joke. They only care about the sale, and will sell you things that they don't know how to do or don't have the man power to handle it. They've outsourced to the Philippines to save money and don't care about the mistakes this has caused. They treat their employees horribly, and throw money away on bottle service in big cities to impress their biggest clients, who are really the only ones they care about. If someone tries to speak up and actually make their procedures better, it's swept under the rug because they prefer to spend time selling rather than fixing the issues they have.

Fraud written all over it

This company is a fraud. They steal, lie and cheat. They take credit for things they do not do. I was locked into a contract for a year and had no idea. You can't cancel if you want to. It is the worst company I have ever done business with since I have been in business. Your best bet is to go to the Yellow Pages or any other reputable company.

They are definitely a SCAM

They are definitely a SCAM! They start out great but then stop answering calls and emails and then my Google Business page got taken down for a reason I am guessing is their doing and it has been "suspended" for months...... I cannot get them to help me get it back up and they refuse to respond or reply..
HOW DO YOU GET THE AUTO PAYMENTS TO STOP????

Starts off fine, but then it's a shakedown.

Starts off fine, they do a few services at first to link up Google to social media which is helpful, but then they simply "monitor" which equates to letting computers just give you reports. Anycase, becareful, while the initial help they give is ok, they will continue to bill even if you cancel and try and convince you that you agreed to more services without any proof. I simply then requested is there a recording or a signature from me agreeing for further services and Jessica at YP media scoffed and said "I can't believe you don't remember your conversations with us." If they could give me proof, I'd pay, but they don't, as I tried cancelling multiple times and then they send me a bill and keep saying i agreed to more.

Received a call from YPC media. Buyer beware!

Paid $1700 upfront was put on a list of other pest-control companies and mine on ad words under their name. And was made a terrible video that I could get a better one for five dollars on the Internet. Then it got Worse they have continued to charge my credit card after cancellation although my credit card company was aware of it But were unable to stop them. Buyer beware! Do not trust this company !!

Garbage tele-solicitation company

Garbage tele-solicitation company. They utilize misleading and questionable practices to get access to Presidents and Owners and then prey on their naivete in marketing to take advantage of them. They work with many BBB affiliates across the country and the BBB is giving them an avenue to pursue businesses and prolong this egregious practice. Chalk this up as a SCAM business.

Scam warning

YPC (Yellow Page City) Media is a scam. Their sales rep has called my small business and stated that they were calling from the Better Business Bureau regarding an urgent issue. After some back and forth, the salesperson admitted that YPC Media has nothing to do with the BBB and that the so-called "urgent issue" is just a sales pitch to purchase some clearly unrealistic and scammy advertising program in order to "increase our sales".

After some googling, I've found a bunch of reviews stating how the company goes AWOL after the sale is made. Curiously, on top of those 1-star reviews, there are dozens upon dozens of 5-star reviews. A lot of them are from employees saying things like "This is the best company in Rochester to work for!", or friends of the company saying things like "This company is such a class act!", or or even just random comments with 5 stars attached to it.

It's very revealing that a company whose main line of business is online marketing cannot do better internet marketing for itself. Pathetic.
