Excellent service that truly made a difference!

We had a fantastic experience working with this company. The survey was incredibly thorough and highlighted several key issues that we wouldn’t have identified ourselves. What really impressed us was how clearly everything was explained, making it easy to understand what needed attention and why.

Because of the detailed findings, we were able to address and fix these issues before completion, which saved us a lot of potential stress, time, and unexpected costs down the line. That alone made the service invaluable.

The team were professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was great, and we always felt well-informed and confident in the decisions we were making.

We used Yellow Rose and their partners, RI Building Surveyors, for a snagging survey we needed on our new home. I spoke to Jo at Yellow Rose after finding them on Google, and being they were local, I thought I would give them a go. Jo was lovely and explained everything to me and how everything worked. The surveyor who came out was also just as lovely and literally pulled up every single small issue in our new home, so much that we hadn’t seen. I can’t thank them enough as I didn’t even know that I needed a snagging survey, now our developer has been back and rectified all the minor issues that the surveyor found. Thank you, Yellow Rose for all your help. I would absolutely recommend you.

I used Yellow Rose Consultants for both my valuation for a help to buy loan and a home buyer survey for the purchase of my new home. I am so happy I found Yellow Rose; Jess made it so easy. She took control of the surveys I needed and placed me with their partners, AMS Surveys and RI Building surveyors. I was so impressed with the level of detail in my home buyer survey and the professionalism of my valuation surveyor. Jess made the whole process seamless and took control of everything for me. We approached Yellow Rose as we saw on their website that they covered a whole range of surveys. We were buying our first home, and the mortgage lender had said we needed further investigations from a damp and timber surveyor and a structural engineer. The level of service was why I went to Yellow Rose, as I was finding it hard to find a company to cover all our requirements. Jo sorted everything for us, and we managed to satisfy the lenders requirements and continue with our purchase. My friend introduced me to Yellow Rose Consultants as she had used them to help with her building survey. I first spoke to Debbie who talked me through everything and put me at ease as I wasn’t sure which survey level was best suited.
