I'm unable to access your site

I'm unable to access your site, I have purchased lifetime access now I'm unable to use this within a month itself 😭. Felt like I have been cheated. This how you treat someone who's trying to support you.

Hi Vamsi,

We take customer satisfaction and support very seriously, so we immediately investigated your claim.

However, after thoroughly checking all our payment records, subscription databases, and support logs, we have no record of any purchase, active lifetime subscription, or support request associated with your name or profile.

If you have genuinely made a purchase and are experiencing an issue:

Please send your order ID, payment receipt screenshot for both (kofi & paypal), and the exact email address used during purchase directly to us at contact@ytmp3.co.uk .

We will immediately verify it and ensure your access is working smoothly.
Without any valid proof of purchase or order details, we cannot verify this claim. We are always here to help legitimate supporters and look forward to resolving this if a genuine transaction took place.

Best regards,
The Support Team
