Poor customer support, the orders did not increase but no refund.
Poor customer support, the status of the orders shows complete without increase, I have opened a ticket to request a refund for my orders but the support agent did not cancel and refund for me.
they keep asking for proof and I have sent them proof of my orders but not got any response to my cancellation request.

Their service is not working but they set the order status to completed without any progress, however, I have opened a ticket asking for cancellation right now it is almost a week since my orders were raised to cancel but still not cancelled.
The support in Ticket is useless also in telegram they do not reply me already as they blocked me.
