Stylish, reliable, and comfortable shoes. Received the order within 1 week.

50 days and still waiting for the shoes to come. After 30 days and a few messages I got a reply that something went wrong but now everything is ok and I will soon receiving the product. 15 days later, still no news, still no product.
Very dissapointing...

The shoes are good — I already knew them and had bought them once before in a store in Madrid. Now, after my second online order, I have to confirm that the information on the website regarding shipping times is false. The first time, it took about a month for them to arrive in Italy; this time, it’s already been three weeks and nothing has arrived yet. I have no doubt they will eventually arrive, but I don’t understand why they aren’t honest about the shipping times — and also a bit about the prices, since in the end it always costs a little more than what’s indicated. For international orders, for example, there’s always the charge for a so-called courier who’s supposed to deliver in just a few days, but of course that information is fake.

the shoe had no separate tongue, despite the laces. This was not pointed out on the website, and made the shoe way to small to even get my foot in. The breathable bamboo was incredibly thing and arrived scratched in multiple places, not sure from being worn previously or scratched en route. Not worth the sale price of 60e

Shoes arrived in time for a 5 day trip to Paris and Eurodisney. So light and comfortable, perfect shoe for long days standing and walking.

The service of this company is very disappointing. I ordered two pairs of shoes but didn’t like them, so I returned both. It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received my full refund.

After sending several emails, they only refunded the amount for one pair. Despite more follow-up emails, I'm still waiting for the rest of the refund.
How is this even possible? I wonder if people in the Netherlands and Belgium will continue to buy from them?

It was a friction-free ordering process. The shoes were delivered as estimated.

Very easy ordering process, the materials used are sourced in Mallorca, shoes manufactured in Spain, so all local companies, good design, well made and a good price.

For a whole month I've waited week after wek for some showes I had ordered from the shop and then online. What was a delay became another delay. There was mo chance to talk to a person, not even the ahop keepers had a contact number to reach out to someone of the warehouse. After 4 weeks I gave up. I bought some other shoes on sale of the old season as the new ones I was waiting for never arrived. The ones I bought are the wine skin leather ones. They look nice but they are not weatherproof. If it rains the water enters from the stitches around the soles and they stain.

Although I had to wait over a month for them to arrive, I love my pink Yuccs that I have bought for spring. YUCCS is my shoe brand of choice as the shoes are breathable, sturdy and long-lasting.

The order is raking more than one month to arrive and very poor or none answersto my messages . Never again
