Sentinel Hotline enables great service provision.
We have used the Sentinel Hotline system to manage our community response during the first phase of Covid-19. The company were very responsive; up and running in hours from initial request and then fixed glitches when we found them in les-frequented corners of the system.
So good that, we've elected to carry on using it to keep our volunteers happy and so to provide a great service to our vulnerable 'clients'.
