Called in about an charge that was made due to an engineer visit which provided false information to Yu Energy, Thanks to Nozrul, he helped me complain towards this charge and got my charges removed. He Understood me well and provided the best service he could. i am happy with the outcome i got.

We have had issues with trying to get someone to take our calls-we do not have all day to sit around waiting for the phone to be answered!
We have had issues ever since moving to Yu energy. Over the last few months we have had issues with nobody answering your phones, despite hanging on for about 45 minutes at a time. Your AI bot keeps saying someone will contact you, they didn't. Yu tried to take a payment of £53,519.52 from our bank account and then charged us for not having the money available, i was still unable to make contact with anyone, despite getting threatening letters for non payment of an £18.?? bill, not £53,519.52! Ash? was spoken to by my admin, but he did not reply to an email, all very frustrating-until today. Thank you Nozrul for sorting everything out for us. He spent over an hour going through everything for us and even he was shocked at our £53,519.52 DD payment. Fingers crossed that the DD goes out properly tomorrow(this was set up by Ash) and we have no further charges added to our account. What a lovely man Nozrul was. Thank you Nozrul.

We're very sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience.
Having reviewed the engineer's report and photographs, it appears the smart meter could not be exchanged because a cupboard had been built around the meter, preventing the engineer from gaining the safe access required to complete the installation.
When the appointment was booked, it was confirmed that the meter was unobstructed and easily accessible. Unfortunately, on arrival this was not the case, and for safety reasons the engineer was unable to proceed.
If the access issue is resolved as per the engineers notes you were given, we'd be happy to arrange a new appointment to complete the installation.

This company is a nightmare to deal with fitted pay as you go meter every time it runs out you have to ring them up to put it back on they never answer the phone and when they do nothing ever gets sorted out very disappointing
