I have a Lifetime subscription and I am completely satisfied with the speed of updating the files, and the Yukapo site is the best, but it also has some problems:
Support is weak and does not respond to requests
Some files are sold out of subscription, which are very expensive and must be purchased again, such as yith files.
However, contrary to the negative comments, after the Yukapo hack, my account was restored and it works without any problems, and it is a really good and reliable site.

I have purchased a product from yukapo site and they have charged me but never sent me the link to download the product. Under my account section and purchase history, there is no option to download the product. I have opened a support ticket, but no answer at all, till now it's been 7 days. I have also sent them an email, but no reply! why???
But here, I can see you guys are sending feedback for the reviews. Why can't you reply on your site first?

I think is a scam site, I placed the order, after the checkout the website return a payment error, money has been taken by stripe, they never reply to my request, I sent many messages without any kind of support. I requested the refund and I'll fill up a claim with the stripe gateway. Keep safe you money
Just to be sure no others waste time and money, you never sent any mail to me and the service I paid is not working, refund money now or you expect the charge back. Stripe will close your account.
After a week, I'm here writing again because they never sent the item I purchased, pay attention to this scam seller.

The products on yukapo mostly latest version or only 1 previous versions. You can not find any GPL website fresher than yukapo.

Don't buy any not included in subscription so extra payable products! These products often don't work or are not nulled the same as rest as they don't care, but it's not a problem when it's subcription. But if you have pay extra for this, and it doesn't work and they don't reply for tickets then I thank you for your "service". Better to use other GPL site where you have any support. They don't undestand competition is huge here.

Fraudulent website stealing money.

if you purchased an item separately and there is a problem with the item, we fix it within 24 hours (if we can't fix it, we issue a hassle-free refund)
Depending on the size of your expectations, you may have complaints about Yukapo, but SCAM cannot be one of them.

We never take. all information goes to credit card company and the data you have seen on yukapo is coming from credit card gateway company (there is an iframe on the codes belongs to payment gateway. so we can not have it, we can not read it, we can not use it). its safer for everyone because protecting that datas require ultra high level security team
