I do not recommend using yukapo for people who do not respond to my support ticket, which does not even refund the faulty fee taken from my card.

I am a freelancer, NOT one of those who steal to sell on another site.
Today I had to download 8 php scripts of the type I was seeking, because NO ONE OF THEM WAS NULLED, but everyone was requiring the envato purchase code.
NO ONE OF THEM COULD BE USED.
I have tickets with them opened by one month with this kind of problem, no one replies.
They always reply that they are very professional but no; their way of doing is not professional at all.
The facts tell they are not professional, beyond their empty words.

Ticket #1389 . Pending resolution since 3 days. Do you have time to respond to customers or just always busy in nulling the products? If you do not have time respond to customer queries please call that out upfront.

This Company will scam you and take money from you card every month... stay far away ... all postive reviews are made by their own people.

I bought an OC theme (order #1742488), and I am really waiting for a reply on a support ticket I made 5 days ago, but I have no reply (yet). Maybe bussy or maybe holliday...

Actually I'm going through all these reviews people post on yukapo.com and I observe one major thing common to all of them is their lack of reading what is on the screen. If they do, they will know how to get around the platform. The plugins and themes have instructions to usage and if toy just take your time to read through you will understand and follow through. Ever since I have been using Yukapo since 2021, I never had a bad experience except for when I didn't want to renew my subscription and forgot to cancel before the expiry date (I knew that was my own fault). Infact I never had I reason to contact them. Right now, I'm going to renew my subscription So I can get a theme listed there but other sites don't have it. It is the other sites that spam actually. Regards.

This website is a BIG fraud from my experience. I bought a WP Theme from them, only to install and it requires activation apparently it was not nulled. I sent an email via the so-called support NOBODY replied! Please avoid them like a plague if you don't want to lose your money.

This company is a fraud.

Once you subscribe, they will delete your login and your card keeps auto-billing every month without you having to cancel it

If you will download the products from yukapo then those will not work as most of the products will ask for license codes. Waste of money and they don't even reply.

I do not understand all those bad reviews here... This site just works like a charm, if you have basic wordpress plugin skills. So much value one gets for so many premium plugin and themes. Keep up the good work, yukapo, I love your site !

It is a fraudulent site, definitely don't buy it, I bought it, I added the plugin to the site, it didn't work, I wrote it back and they said it will solve it in 1 day. They didn't write or solve the error yet. They didn't refund my fee, it's a fraudulent place.

totally scam website and scripts and themes are out dates and never refund and not script work always ask key, and when you buy life time then within months they will block your account and you can't claim refund because he is sing cross connection

Most of the products I bought are the same as the free version

on 05.07.22 I bought the premium of a month but it does not appear on my account. I made 2 download and then I could no longer use the service, as if it had never been purchased, but the money was still deducted.

It could have been a nice system, too bad!!

Of course I take it for granted that my money has now been lost, since the support has not yet responded to me.

At least I would like to use the service...

Yukapo sold me the free version as the pro version of the Plugin Orderable.
There is no license inside, no readme, and no Pro Features as well.
+ There is no way to contact them on website, of course.

It looks just like totally Scam.

I signed up on Yukapo one month ago and I am really sad about the quality of this website. Most of the recent added items needs another payment of $9 and they do not reply to emails and will take your credit card details.

I switched to Festinger Vault which seems to be a better alternative as they are transparent about their pricing.

I send a few mails because i can not oay with my scrill card. Everytime i get the message " Not possible to control your identiteit. Never i get a answer.
