I contacted them about the CD, I got a very quick and friendly reply. So their customer service is excellent.
Ordering was easy, they shipped it out quickly too. Plus they know how to package something securely. They could teach some other (larger) webshops a thing or two about packaging.
The site works well. I got my items quickly and without any hassle. In my opinion this is a good and dependable store and their prices are reasonable.
