My primary issue is the lack of clarity regarding how "Rewards Riches" and streak bonuses function. Despite making multiple deposits, the support agent was unable or unwilling to provide specific data on my deposit history for previous months, repeatedly directing me to a manual "Transaction History" search instead of providing the clear, factual answers I requested.
Furthermore, the customer service approach is dismissive. When seeking to escalate a concern to a manager, I was told they are unavailable to take chats, leaving no avenue for accountability when agents fail to answer direct questions. The "streak" system is also highly punitive, requiring daily engagement to maintain progress—if you miss a single day, all your progress resets to zero.
If you value clear communication, access to your own account data, and responsive support, this platform falls significantly short. I cannot recommend it. Streaks?
Every day you claim a Reward you go up a Streak. This can be tracked by checking the Streak bar where you will see your progression and how long until you reach a Gold Surge! If you miss a day, you lose all your Streaks and start from zero again. Freebies will not count towards your Streak.
