I was given a promo for forty dollars from their loyalty promo page so I played it. I actually beat the system and won $3460 dollars which Yukon gold paid out but then I get a message that I can not play any promos and just keep putting my own money in and eventually the ban would be lifted so I asked to close my account and all they did was put a restriction on me depositing until I talked to their customer service. I played honestly and won honestly. They are such sore loosers but will take your money no problem. My rating is a zero if I could put that in.

I made a deposit and played a bit and logged off then when I went to login the next day my balance was zero and I know I still had money in my account. With no actual customer service to talk to there has been no way to aquire about my funds or account to see if I'm able to get it fixed.

When I finally managed to meet their insane wagering requirements and attempted to withdraw, they hit me with endless verification requests and delayed the process for weeks. Their customer service is abysmal, with support agents who are either unhelpful or simply don't respond at all. The withdrawal limits are insultingly low, meaning even if you do win, you'll be waiting months to get your full payout. I'm convinced they actively make it difficult to cash out in hopes that players will get frustrated and gamble away their winnings instead. Save yourself the headache and avoid this predatory casino at all costs. There are far more reputable online gambling sites that actually pay out when you win.

Well I wish I would have read these reviews sooner, unfortunately I had tried this site for the first time and have unfortunately had the same experience as many others, was in the middle of hitting a payout and game glitched, when I tried to go back in to the game all my progress was gone which means all my money was gone, when trying to contact someone you can only talk on there chat text, and the first one told me to go back and try going to the person icon and recently played games which didn’t work then trying to get back to the chat realizing you can’t so you have to start all over again, after getting so frustrated with having to keep explaining the issue to different people and getting the same robotic response, which I can see they also do in answering there reviews, I finally decided to right a review I have screen shots of all the chats to upload to, I would say stay far away from this site definitely a scam and if you google where they get there license and how to actually attain one it’s very shady, please just be aware there are much better sites
