This website is a con. I bought a cake and wasn’t aware I had signed up to their club at £31.20 for the year. I’m now trying to get my money back.

The cakes arrived in time for my daughter’s birthday party. I had ordered them as one attendee was gluten intolerant,and another was diabetic,so I wanted them to be able to enjoy some cake too. They were so impressed,saying the cakes were moist,flavourful,and there was a great selection. They enjoyed them so much,they asked where I ordered them from,and took down the name and who made the cakes I bought. Excellent customer service!

I’m so totally disappointed and very angry because it was delivered to my neighbour and I never suggested leaving it with a neighbour, I never do! Also, I was home the whole day with my bell ringer about 12 inches from my recliner in the living room where I was laying because I had gone out the day before and my legs were very sore. I am disabled and use a disability scooter but walking in and out of shops the day before made me also very tired. Nobody rang my bell, nobody sent me a message or email to say when it was supposed to be delivered and nobody left me a text message or email to say it had been delivered. What kind of service is that? My neighbour rang my bell on the Saturday 11th April (Estimated Delivery Date 9 Apr 2026, ESTIMATED!!) to let me know there was a parcel with my name and house number on. Everything was warm. If it was dispatched on the 7th it should have been delivered on the 8th, it was cheese, an item that was supposed to be refrigerated. It’s all spoiled. The cheese in a tub’s lid was bulging, almost popping off. £29.50 wasted and I was so looking forward to my vegan cheese. I hope you’ll refund me or better still, pay for the order to be redelivered.

Lovely cakes they were a lovely gift for my son and a good variety off flavours for someone gluten free

Unfortunately the Easter cake I ordered was never delivered by DPD.
Yumbles response was excellent, they contacted DPD but got no response either.
Yumbles as a gesture of good will have offered me an ocassional cake free of charge.

This was a gift for a family member and they were delighted with it. The hamper arrived on time and was beautifully presented the produce being of excellent quality and really fresh. I would definitely order again.

Recipient’s really enjoyed their Easter treat box. Easy to order, with a range of choices to select from. Good value. Kept updated about the process of my order and delivery by email and text message. Pleasure to use.

Bought an Easter Egg from Yumbles, so impressed. It was absolutely delicious and the customer service was egg-cellent as I asked for the egg to be dispatched earlier than it gave on the order confirmation and they responded straight away saying they would dispatch tomorrow. Would def purchase again

My friend was overjoyed with her delivery. Lots of yummy edible tulips. Looked fantastic, I greatly appreciated the fantastic workmanship making a retirement present special.

Really felt the con of FREE delivery was subject to membership and that was very misleading. Would not have progressed with you if that had been made clear at outset and will not be dealing with you going forward.
