It's a scam. They told me they had shipped my order but it was never delivered.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I PLACED AN order on January 29 today is February 12. I received one acknowledgment of my order placed; however I have heard nothing else. I've sent two emails because there is no delivery information. I've heard nothing I believe this might be a scam company as well do not order from them!!!
I AM UNHAPPY WITH THEM WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM!
THEY ARE STEALING MY MONEY THUS FAR!!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! ORDERED ON 1/14/21 AND IT’S NOW 2/9/22 AND I STILL DON’T HAVE MY ORDER. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL OR ANSWER THE PHONES! I‘M THINKING CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM!!

Scam. Ordered in the beginning of December 2021, still haven't received my girlfriend's clothes. Beware.

The product never arrived, I sent them an email, a text message, responding with cynicism that the money had been deposited in my account which never happened, damn rats

This site is a scam read the reviews before ordering with them I order a jacket for 32$ and it told me my order was sent out they never sent me a tracking number I reached out and wrote them about my order 2 different times they never got back to me on top of that I also called the number provided and it wasnt even a company number

Never received my items, I placed my order almost two months ago. I wrote to customer service and they kept telling me that the order should arrive any day.

I’m pretty Sure all the positive comments are fake reviews…

Scam company! I never got my order or a confirmation number. When I reached out to customer service I was lied to as I was told I would have someone follow up with me over 2 weeks ago.. I have contacted them company several times via email and chat with no success on getting a confirmation number or my order that I placed a on January 1st, but paid extra for priority mail

I placed an order on December 26, 2021 and received an email on December 28th that my order has been shipped with an order number given but no tracking. I’ve sent four emails, the customer service number no one answers and found out it’s someone’s personal cell phone number. I’ve inboxed on Instagram twice, was told they would check the warehouse. No additional information. The second time I inboxed on Instagram no response. I’ve left a message under a post on their Instagram page, no response. I’ve chatted with them on their website. Received an automated response that order was fulfilled. I’m at a point I’m going to report them for fraudulent practices and put a fraud claim on my card since I can’t get a response. Just terrible.

This has to be a scam be very careful they are real. Never got my item however told me it’s on its way. I was refunded though. Still confused

No tracking lied and said my order would be delivered within the week and never came. SCAM !

Worst site ever. DO NOT BUY from YUMKISS. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS. YOU CANT EVEN GET A TRACKING # I WROTE THEM 12 TIMES. ORDERED A DRESS, NEVER RECEIVED!

I order 2 dresses before December 4 and they never send me a tracking number and never responds back . never recommend them and this is scam. don't buy from them .

Don’t trust yumkiss.com. Is scam, they stole my money. I never received my order when I contacted support they ask me for the order number and then they disappeared for days! Don’t trust them. The positive reviews on this website are also fake.

Checked before I ordered and was told it was based in America. Ordered November 8th. Dec 4th I asked about the shipping notification that was suppose to be sent to me but never received. Suddenly I received a shipping notification. Now Dec 19th I get notification that my order has been shipped....finally but from CHINA and not the U.S.

Very slow shipping even with $60!!!!! Express shipping. Emails about the tracking number were not given very disappointed!

i made an order from yumkiss expecting amazing experience from the previous reviews i looked over, unfortunately i was let down and my dress did not come in time for my graduation. it’s been 21 days since I ordered so overall my experience was not what i had hoped for, i had no choice but to buy another dress 2 days before my event that i do not love the way i loved the dress on this website, i’m disappointed to say the least, Not to mention i paid an extra $60 for express shipping so that it would arrive within 3-6 days, i never received a tracking number like i was promised in a previous email i sent out to the website.

The customer service and delivery was pretty good.
I really like buying from them. They ask that I rate my experience.

I have been waiting for 20 days now and I still ain't got my stuff they say it's cuz they shipped it from the warehouse but nowhere in the world does it take 20 days to deliver anything smh. That's bad business
