An amazing customer experience.

Upon writing to the company to ask if they had any idea when an overdue order I’d placed might arrive, which, due to the postal strikes, wasn’t their fault, they kindly resent me the entire order, by special delivery, just in case.

A wonderful resolution to a situation not of their making.

Amazing customer service as order had…

Amazing customer service as order had not originally been received but they were quick to send a replacement which was received - ordered the honeycomb in dark chocolate which has made an excellent Christmas gift!

The salted chocolate covered honeycomb bites are delicious and very moreish - very hard to stop eating them!

Ive not received my order yet

Ive not received my order yet , placed 5th October, but you’ve asked for feedback on 10th oct, so I’m not sure if my order has been lost or not.

We offer a 5 working day delivery service, you placed the order at 8.30pm on 5th October so the 1st working day would be 6th October this means your delivery is due to arrive on or before Wednesday 12th October. You gave us this review on 11th October so hopefully you order will arrive in the day, if it dosn't please let us know at info@yummycomb.com. We are sorry you received the feedback email before you order arrival. We have now changed the schedule on the feedback email to allow for delivery of all orders. We see that you have ordered a few times from us so hopefully the product is to your liking. Sorry we haven't met your expectations and we hope you continue to order from us.

Unacceptable delivery

More than a week since ordering and paying. Still no delivery. In an era of on-line shopping, this is unacceptable service,
Doesn't matter how good the product is, if the purchaser isn't warned of delays and the product cannot be delivered promptly then customers are unlikely to return.

Hi Steve, We are very sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. We received your order on Friday 2nd September at 8.18pm. Your order was dispatched on Monday 5th Via Royal Mail 2nd class with an estimated delivery date of Wednesday 7th September. We have a 5 working day delivery policy and fully expected your order to arrive within this time period (today ,Friday 9th Sept) being the last day to hit our deadline. Unfortunately due to the Royal mail strikes it looks like this will not arrive today. We should have sent your order 1st class given the Royal mail strike schedule and for this we apologise.
