Keep cancelling withdrawals. Stopped answering emails. Avoid this company

Avoid at all costs please don’t do want myself and others have done. Every game is rigged, the website changes its domain more times then I care to remember and that’s because they’re not legit or even licensed. Poor account management who harrass you but call and email and when you ask for a bonus you get the same rubbish. Sorry there’s not one available. You can deposit £2k but only withdraw £400 and it’s in euros not pounds, also you end up paying more in fees for depositing due to currency exchanges

Keeps reopening account after requesting to close it. Their response is to put blockers on phone to stop them . They said they can keep my data for GDPR reasons . I don’t want my data on their system but they refuse to remove it. Don’t waste your time and funds here .

The true nature is revealed the moment you want to withdraw funds. Every obstacle will be thrown your way to prevent withdrawal. First problem you can only withdraw to a mastercard or bitcoin.
Secondly you can only make one withdrawal request at a time to the maximum of 400euros. This process literally takes 48hrs to process. Maybe you will be lucky, but I have been rejected five times in a row now.
Thirdly once a withdrawal request is made, the amount is not deducted from your overall balance. Basically an attempt to entise you to gamble away your requested amount.
Fourthly you get rejected of withdrawal unless you provide a copy of your passport, proof of address and proof of card used to deposit. This information is not required to deposit money.

I won 4400 euros and after 15 day's now, I have not received a penny.
All information has been provided and I have been verified after initial rejection of funds. Now I am being rejected for apparently technical reasons see below email.

Again will be another 48hrs. Even if this was legit (which I doubt) it will be 11 transactions of 400 to equal 4400. Each transaction taking 48hrs. Basically looking at just under a month to receive money. What nonsense is this?

Do not use this site it let's you deposit using your visa debit card upto the sum of 2,000 euros but when you win they only have 2 withdrawal options one is bitcoin and the other is Mastercard but they only let you withdraw upto 500euros per transaction that tales upto 36hours yo process but there website states you can withdraw upto 2,000 per day but when the process takes upto 36 hours how on earth can you take more than the 500euros like to take your money straight away but very reluctant to let you keep your winnings hoping you have another go and lose the amount you was trying to take I spoke to customer services and asked if I could up my withdrawal limit they said no they can do that they also told me when I said so it take a day and half to process withdrawal of 500euros so how could I withdraw 2,000 per day so with my win i would have to wait 16day to actually get my winnings off the site onto bicoin then wait longer to transfer that and pay fees to be able to get anything back into my bank the customer seevice lady she actually said what's the rush to me!!!! They allow deposits from different providers such as Visa, but when you try to make a withdrawal through that payment method, it does not allow it because you can only do it through Mastercad or Bitcoin.

Also, I am a Spanish citizen and according to the terms and conditions in this casino, we are not authorized to play, however they let me open an account, play, bet and deposit, my fault for not reading the terms and conditions on time, but they also allowed me to.

I played in their casino and they accepted my money, even though they say that they would take the necessary measures in case a player of Spanish nationality participated in games inside the casino. I requested a refund of my money, sticking to this rule and they refused since they say that all the responsibility is mine.

The company prey on gambling addicts that have self excluded from other sites;
- Regardless of whether you have registered with gamstop to prevent you opening any online gambling accounts, you can still open one with yummy
- Even if you tell your bank not to authorise gambling transactions, yummy make sure that the actual transaction isn’t recognised by the banks as gambling, so it bypasses their checks.
- It forces you to deposit in EUR, but deducts USD from your bank account. So on average your paying 10-15% commission on every transaction
- You can deposit upto €2,000, but can only withdraw €400. Shambolic.
- The process of submitting and getting documents verified is made as difficult as possible to give you more time to lose your balance.
- You can only submit 1 withdrawal at a time, and until that’s been processed you can’t submit another. Of course the value that you can withdraw is heavily capped as well.
- Once you request a withdrawal, it doesn’t even deduct from your balance until they bother to process it. Again, all designed to let problem gamblers lose maximum money.

Recovering from a cancer operation laying on the sofa I Joined this site and deposits way over 500GBP. I won over 4000 euro and in the t and c's it reads you can withdraw like 10000 euro. Went through KYC they made that as hard as possible nevertheless they verified me in the end.
They said I can only withdraw 500euro and still 18 days on and over 50/60 emails I still don't have my money. They say its lost with the provider!! Such a scam they send the same emails over and over and even had a manager phone me on 2 occasions filling me with more untruths. They won't provide a receipt to even show they sent my money. My bank was requesting this. They just say they can't provide such information.
They even made me send daily bank statements for days to prove the money had not gone in my bank.
Contacted Ecuraco licence authority and lodged a complaint and YummyWins are not actually licenced. I have every email from all sources. They have no logo on the footer of the site which is illegal as any site should show their licence logo.
