Hasan has been great in helping me with recent queries. The messenger system is so good, you’re not left hanging waiting for a reply, and follow ups are swift via email. So great to speak on a live chat with a person (not a bot) who goes out of his way to find the answer to late payments. Thanks so much!

Used YunoJuno for a long time, and always find the customer care team to be outstanding. Replies are often Async, but they really understand the problems and take their time to get them sorted as best they can.

I've been with YJ for over 7 years and I believe that says it all. They have improved a lot over time to have a seamless workflow from taking a contract, signing and get paid. Their customer service was always 5* and their finance team too.

I had an issue with adding skills in my work experience. The agent Felix was very helpful, kept me informed all the way and got me the resolution I was looking for. Most chats end at that but he went as far as to offer further help should it be required.
