This is a scam business

This is a scam business, I ordered a strap boot on December 16th as a Christmas gift for myself with Dhl express, I still haven’t received anything neither did they respond to emails etc

Don’t buy

Don’t buy!

I ordered 3 pair. Bad quality China boots and terrible Customer support.

I send them back to their in china but they refuse it. So i don’t have my boots and i don’t have my money back.

Lot of extra delivery cost to pay by myself. Lot of money lost .

An absolute mess - they have my money, I have no boots.

When I saw their ads on instagram, I thought they were a legit company. After ordering my boots, it took over a month for them to arrive - turned out were shipped from China, and on top to my 160€ I had to pay around 26€ for customs which was mentioned nowhere. The support has no ticket system and answered within 7 - 10 days, only after multiple inquiries.

When the size didn't match, I could return them to a french address at my own expense (after around 2 weeks of communicating with their support, again) - again 25€ on top.

Since then, I didn't get a new pair and the support isn't answering for months already. Inquiring for a refund was without success, too.
