Extremely Poor Customer Service
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. My order was delayed past Christmas with zero communication, and I was never informed that items were out of stock. Even now, it’s unclear what was canceled versus what was shipped.
Despite calling customer service twice and requesting cancellation before shipment, the order was still sent. The lack of transparency and disregard for the customer is unacceptable.
I will not be ordering from this company again and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially for time-sensitive purchases.

I made and paid for my order on February 11th. Today is February 22nd, but I haven't received my order in the mail. And I can't log in to my personal account, because they don't send me a special link and there's no way to create a new password.
