Fantastic experience thanks Yvonne Fitzgerald properties. Smooth communication and very helpful with information about legal representatives would recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the service and positive attitude from everyone. It turned into a long process with some issues from buyers. However YF were always there to help us and market the property in the best possible way. Would 100% recommend them to all.

Recently sold a property with Yvonne Fitzgerald and was very impressed with the service.
I was kept informed every other day with updates, I'd certainly recommend Yvonne and her excellent team

Was extremely disappointed to see announcement on Facebook ( just after 17.00) that a property we were due to view less than 24 hrs later was under offer.
While I accept the sellers right to accept an offer at any time. I do not accept the selling agent announcing it on social media before informing BOOKED viewing less than 24hrs later.
Their excuse no-one was available to inform us, however,there was someone available to upload it on social media. I found this very disrespectful to us as potential buyers. No apology was offered.

Fantastic service from the first enquiry right up till the handing over of the keys. Constant updates on sales enquiries along with brilliant virtual tour of the property and they even took care of all the viewings, with an update with feedback after every viewing. Always a friendly quick response to any questions and more than willing to offer support and advice when needed.

Not experienced / knowledagable in Smallholdings or equestrian facilities.

I personally felt Over prices properties

Good for a seller but have seen a few properties that should HAVE sold but not and changed estate agents / lowered prices etc.
so I suggest buyer check home report for valuation.

I expressed my PERSONAL opinion to a question being asked on Facebook with absolutely nothing to do specifically with Yvonne Fitzgeralds just a general conversation to whether to chose an estate agent or sell privately within a buying and selling group on Facebook group

I stated

‘ Quote ‘
Sell yourself!! If you’re confident! we went with a local sales person thinking it’d be better but then we ended up doing the viewings anyway and we were down the cost of the agent.’

At nowhere did I name ANY company ( in fact we are actually selling our whole portfolio!)

Why did we not say anything at the time ?
YOU were briefed on initial consultation our reasons as to why we had chosen you and as time went on frankly we were at a stage we weren’t in a position to be ‘losing a sale’

Anyway you graciously gave a discount as we had done the viewings which in your own words would pay someone £12 per viewing

‘ A viewing agent if one was put out is only around £12 an hour and it does not add thousands on to the price of a sale. ‘

We paid 1 per cent which is still thousands to some
maybe this amount of money is not much to YOU but to some it IS thousands

It is NOT my problem you have bills to pay for, I have bills to pay too!
But I want what’s best for me at that tine

We have encountered MANY estate agents and have found selling ourselves was extremely easy and have saved ourselves thousands.

Is to sell privately / as long as you are confident and get legal representation

I even told you this on first meeting us and the only reason we went with yourselves was because we wanted a local agent who knew the area and would vet the buyers!
But even then sone turned up and it was too big for them / not what they were looking for

May you be reminded at this point

YOU sold us a house in the FIRST place!
I’m sure you remember that absolute state it was in and boy the smell was howling!
So we also thought going with you was the best thing at the time as you Knew the property

But we accepted that as we bought during COVID and never once complained to you regarding the house

I KNEW exactly what I was paying you for to get on zoopla/ rightmove and to vet the potential buyers - but again I don’t see where I mentioned YOU in my post to warrant a

However my other properties which has nothing to do with you we were sadly let down,
But that’s got nothing to do with me

and quite frankly extremely disappointed at your email that was written to me so passive aggressively.

I will reiterate I never mentioned you nor YOUR business.

We will continue to sell houses via the cheapest way we can find.

Best price we ever found got us listed on zoopla for £99 pounds so one can indeed save ‘thousands’ if willing to do the work

If not confident employ an estate agent

And I will still continue recommend selling yourself to people who ask ‘ is it easy to do and who want to save thousands on fees’

Edit to Add : If I had received that response before I would have moved on annd forgotten all about you but now you are attempting to gasslight me?
I also see it’s a habit in each response in these negative reviews.

From the initial enquiry, viewing, answering many questions and through to completion of the property purchase Yvonne and her team were most helpful and we would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property in Scotland. A special thanks to Sean in the office also. Many thanks all!

Accidentally posted a review on Yvonne Fitzgerald Properties and it turns out I had the wrong person. This Yvonne insisted she did not know me and I thought she was nuts. I kept insisting that I was right. (I had the wrong name completely). Although I posted a very negative review (1-star), I am very grateful that Yvonne remained professional until I realized my mistake. So, I can say that she is extremely professional when dealing with dorks like me. Sorry, again, Yvonne. Yvonne Fitzgerald properties helped me through the whole process when I put my house up for sale . First class service . I would highly recommend. Very professional company ( always returned calls or emails promptly )

I recently put an offer in on a property however this was rejected but not once was I asked if I could increase my offer, the other was accepted even though mine was the exact same. Then in a second occasion I put an offer in which was accepted , so put my legal offer in at cost to me only then to be told it was Not enough . So while looking at properties if it is being sold by Yvonne I’ll just not bother . Hope that a property comes up with another agent.
