Initially, they asked for sharing all the credit card sensitive information and requested to wait for 30 minutes. It has been long I didn't get their response and nobody is picking up the call.

Requested a quote on my miles and never heard anything.
A few weeks later requested another quote and someone replied with a price to buy them and stated if I wanted to proceed to reply back, I accepted but wanted to know the process. No response again to my email so I emailed them again asking did they receive my previous email accepting and the response was. Lost interest, thanks. Time wasters don't bother with them
