No Real Customer Protection: Spotify Account Blocked After 2 Months and Useless Support

I purchased a 12-month Spotify subscription through this platform (Order No. Z4384172665). After about 2 months, the account was blocked.

First, I contacted the seller directly and tried to resolve the issue for almost 2 months, but I never received a real solution.

After that, I contacted Z2U.com support. Even after many emails, screenshots, and support requests, the issue was still not resolved. They kept telling me to contact the seller, but the seller stopped replying completely.

What surprised me the most is that the seller had a “Level 3 Diamond” profile, which made the account appear very trustworthy. For this reason, I recommend being very careful when buying subscriptions on this platform, even if the seller has high ratings or a strong reputation.

Personally, my experience has been very disappointing, especially because there seems to be no real customer protection after payment is completed.
