Z2U Is very decent

I havent been scammed once on Z2U. Most sellers are very high quality but the times I have had a couple bad ones, they jumped in and called them out on their BS and refunded me. Great company with great value for customer service.

Z2U does not store or use card details in the way you described. Payments are processed through external payment partners and secure checkout providers. That said, any report involving possible unauthorized transactions or account compromise is treated very seriously.

Please take these steps immediately:

Contact your bank/card issuer right away to block the card and report the unauthorized transactions
Contact our support with your account email, order ID(s), and any screenshots or bank evidence
If possible, also change your Z2U password and enable any available security protections on your account

We will review your case internally and cooperate with the payment provider where needed.
