zaak-shops.nl is gestart in 2010 in een klein kantoortje aan de Donderslaan te Groningen. In die tijd begon de webwinkelbranche aan zijn opmars en er kwamen toen al dagelijks een handje vol webwinkels bij. Uniek zijn was erg moeilijk tussen de wildgroei van alle (zolderkamer) webshops. zaak-shops.nl begon met een horlogewinkel, ikwileenhorloge.nl, die tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds bestaat. Door de focus op specialisme op deze productgroep behoort ikwileenhorloge.nl tot één van de grootste online horlogewinkels van Nederland en België. We zitten nog steeds in Groningen, wel een aantal keer verhuisd, maar nu aan de Koldingweg. We hebben een groter kantoorpand met 600m² eigen magazijn, zodat we 95% van de producten uit eigen voorraad kunnen leveren. Momenteel hebben we 32 specialistische webwinkels met één overkoepelende website: zaak.shop.

Great compost thermometer…
Bought it to follow the compost maturation, but there is not yet much of activity. Although, I tested the thermometer, and it is reacting pretty fast on temperature change, so I am very satisfied. Measuring accurately the environment temperature as well. It is long enough for soil, compost or mulch, it's stainless steel, so it is also inert. I am satisfied.

Product good, timings were abysmal. I must have written at least five emails asking where the product was and when I would get it.
When a product is not in stock, and will take three months to deliver, then it should be obligatory for a company to show this when the customer is ordering. I think it is very unfair to take a customer's money and then inform them that they will have to wait months for a delivery, and then sit on the money. Covid has been a great excuse for business this year, but it doesn't wash with me. Other companies have better procedures and policies.

Hi,
it is not the first time I am ordering these filters from zaak-shops.nl.
First time i ordered it was some mistake in the quantity of the content. On my complaint, "Zaak-shops" responded very quickly and compensated quantity which was missing. It happened only once and it was very correct from Zaak-shop that they fix the mistake without any problem in a short time. I really appreciate that.
Beside that, i never had any "issues" with them. Every time the delivery is super fast. Also, communication with employers from the shop is perfect.
Zaak-shops do their job very good and correctly and i am a very happy and satisfied customer.
I warmly recommend buying from there.
