Wrong item sent out
I still haven't received the correct item and my son's birthday was over a week ago now. Poor service not to send the correct item straight away. I won't be shopping her again, very disappointing.

Waste of time
Waste of time. Ordered a set, to be told a week later they don’t have it in stock. This was my babies going home outfit. Then they had the cheek to offer me a poxy 5% off. AVOID ** edit ** not received any email or message from ZL like stated on comment. Can only imagine this was just a comment for show.

Lovely item and great service
This item has been bought for a toddler and I am sure she will love it. The item is well made, and it arrived promptly and well packaged. There was one little issue with a small missing part. I contacted the supplier and spoke to a young gentleman named Rob, who arranged very quickly for the missing part to be delivered to me. Rob was professional, friendly and courteous to deal with and the missing part was delivered to me ahead of the one week schedule which had been anticipated. I was very impressed by Rob's service and his handling of my problem. I am a 100% happy customer. Thank you Rob!
