I would rate a -5 IF I could. Worse experience ever. The support email is bullshit. I ordered (1) ring on 1/26/2026... Feb 6th was the first time I reached out... the provided the excuse of "Please note that, due to a high number of recent orders and carrier capacity, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer than usual, but your parcel is safely in transit and moving through the network." Now its been 6 email reply's and asking for an ETA... that has not been provided... the more recent excuse provided from support is "customs check has caused a slight delay"

I have demanded a refund x3 now as I do not want this product and very upset with this stupid customer service "support" Zentarni LLC.
