Please address employee concerns with urgency
Bought one of their products and when this was delivered I realized there were issues which I tried to address with their customer support. I was guaranteed they would address the issue but upon returning the product, I have not heard from them for a while. Left them a couple of messages.
Didn't Meet My Expectations
I needed some production equipment and approached them after reading all the shining Google reviews. Unfortunately, they didn't have the equipment I needed, and the options they offered were overpriced. I don't intend to approach them again!
