I was surprised and disappointed to see that their Perle beverage glasses were actually made in China. Nowhere on their web postings could I find the word China. Instead, they said their products are made in Rome, Italy and other places in the world. It seems a very deliberate level of deceit. Ironically, when in Venice, stores warn customers about inferior Chinese reproductions of Venician glass available from street vendors. The glasses seem ok, but on principal I will not purchase their products again. I don't like deceptive companies and in my opinion company is one. This purchase was made through Lumens, due to lower prices with web discounts. It was drop shipped directly from Zafferano America.
