Good customer service
The item that I ordered 16 days ago has still not arrived! When I put the tracking number “it doesn’t exist”.
Update:
Somebody of the customer service contacted me after this review, the person said that the parcel was waiting for me at the pick up since 7 days but didn’t say where and if I don’t pick it up today it will go back to zafiroequestrian.
I asked in 4 different parcel pick up shops but nobody received a parcel. When they looked at my tracking number they said it is probably a fake.
Update: At the end the parcel was send again by the customer service with another delivery service and arrived after a long waiting safely at my place.
so I changed the rate.
5 stars for the customer service
4 stars for the beautiful item from Equestrian Stockholm (unfortunately with a higher price than at the original shop where it is actually out of stock)

Good evening Jennifer. I am gutted to see your review. Your order was shipped as duty-bound with In-Post as you can see with the tracking number we provided to your email. The tracking number does work for me and I can see the shipment is awaiting pick-up at your local depot.
However, I sincerely would have appreciated some form of communication from you PRIOR to leaving a 1* review. I haven't received any email or messages with your concerns, and had I have done, I could have eased your nerves much sooner.
I would highly encourage you to email me at your earliest convenience so that I may assist you with retrieving your package.

It's easy to see how passionate Jayde is about her business and providing a personal service. Her unique personality makes shopping with her fun and memorable - you just can't get this kind of experience when you buy from a big brand.

Very good service, a rug that did not fit correctly ws quickly exchanged for a smaller size, and in the meantime a base layer purchased as the collection available in the shop was too good to resist

Zafiro Equestrian is my Go To equestrian shop for most of my equestrian needs. Even though its not in my area, I am still very happy to order and ship as the prices are reasonable and there is a good choice of the brands I prefer. And you can't beat Jayde for friendly, knowledgable service every time.
