So the items that I purchased from Zafpens were great, but I'm working with them on one item, and they seem to be very responsive, which is helpful. I purchased a LAMY pen case that I am in love with, a pencil box with the Monet Chrysanthemum pattern, and a Paper Republic leather notebook cover that seems to have a subtle issue and hoping Zafpens will exchange this for me. Update later, and hoping to make this 5 stars after this is resolved - as I said, they've been responsive, so hoping for the best!

I've purchased some mechanical pencils Pentel Kerry of different body-colors. They all got to me with the exact body-colors, I've ordered them, and in nice pencil-boxes.
This shop was the only one European pencils shop in which I saw these body-colors of this model.
