I bought a dress that was completely different from what was advertised. We contacted the supplier for a return, sent the order again, and to this day, the order is still in customs waiting to be picked up. The dress cost 60 euros and shipping back 15. The seller didn't respond, leaving me with a loss of 75 euros. Don't buy from this store.
I bought a dress and when it arrived not only did it not look like on the pics, but also the sewing was really bad and very apparent, like the sewing EXPOSED without a ham... The strings also broke at the FIRST trial on, broke immediately.
I reached customer support a week ago, they replied on the SAME DAY I wrote (22 july 2025) and asked for pictures, I sent them the pics on the 28 of july, and they never replied me again. I never had a problem like this that a dress had such a horrible sewing, like its not something you can wear at all... And its also that they seem to refuse to do the return? I really wanna send this dress back to whatever it came from. NEVER AGAIN. I would love to be able to update screenshots of the emails and pictures of the dress here...
I will keep leaving reviews sharing my experience because this is so wrong.
