Really easy and intuitive to use, does exactly what i wanted it to do in terms of workflows, authorizations and open PO tracking.
Have been using it since March and have troubles thinking of anything that i don't like or annoys me, which is a rarity for me.

By far the best PO system I have found…
By far the best PO system I have found for a small business wanting to control overhead spending (ie. not looking for a full blown materials procurement solution).
Learning curve is quite steep but the payback is you can tailor approval workflows extensively (both the hierarchy and html email templates).
The free approval app is useful but a bit buggy. (Requires regular restarts.)
One gotcha is that certain email security providers (eg Barracuda) don't play nicely with it. See Zahara's FAQ for more detail.

It is user friendly and i like the fact that it sends you the reminders when you have not updated the GNR that also give you a chance to do a follow up with the supplier if you have not received the goods.

I do NOT like Zahara 3 as I find it difficult to read with small faded writing and it doesn't give the same functionality as Zahara 2. I always go back to Zahara 2.
