Zahara is the best and easiest purchase order system to use really user friendly

A great product delivered by really helpful nice people with.

Really easy and intuitive to use, does exactly what i wanted it to do in terms of workflows, authorizations and open PO tracking.

Have been using it since March and have troubles thinking of anything that i don't like or annoys me, which is a rarity for me.

Excellent Software and loving the refreshed interface.
All backed up with friendly and efficient support when required (which isn't a lot as it just works)

By far the best PO system I have found for a small business wanting to control overhead spending (ie. not looking for a full blown materials procurement solution).
Learning curve is quite steep but the payback is you can tailor approval workflows extensively (both the hierarchy and html email templates).
The free approval app is useful but a bit buggy. (Requires regular restarts.)
One gotcha is that certain email security providers (eg Barracuda) don't play nicely with it. See Zahara's FAQ for more detail.

Still waiting on a fix which is why only 3 stars!

really easy to use

it much faster and very effective, especially when coming to the GRN process, when the suppliers receive payment on time then goods get deliverd on time, and another point is that after GRN, the invoice or purchase order gets closed meaning there is no way a supplier can claim payment twice..

It is user friendly and i like the fact that it sends you the reminders when you have not updated the GNR that also give you a chance to do a follow up with the supplier if you have not received the goods.

The easy interfacing process flow. GUI was also very smooth.

In general it is easy to use and provides me with the means to produce vital documents quickly/

Zahara proves to be a flexible product to manage the creation of purchase orders, authorisations, goods receipts and invoice processing.
Support staff responses are quick and effective

I find Zahara very user friendly and simple to use most of the time.
We have managed to adapt it to our system and it works very well.
The customer service team are very good and we resolve issues quite quickly.
I do NOT like Zahara 3 as I find it difficult to read with small faded writing and it doesn't give the same functionality as Zahara 2. I always go back to Zahara 2.

easy and clear process

approvals always coming in outwith working hours, sometimes in the middle of the night, would be better if there was a function you can dictate the time they are sent

Zahara overall is a good software when it works. For example, currently, I am getting an technical error message.
