Really cute packaging! Wasn’t expecting it at all to be so personalized. Also the sailor moon acne spot patches are some of the most effective patches I’ve bought.

So sorry to hear you were anything less than thrilled with your order. I understand that if you missed the product description and only saw the images that it could have been confusing. We are working to make that more clear in the product listing in case anyone else doesn't see the description. Also, we did send you a response via email before you left this review. Please check your spam folder just in case. Of course, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you'd like. Just let us know! Thank you :)

Thoughtully packaged
The items I ordered was very thoughtfully packaged. They were packed with cardboard pieces to protect the items from bending, and they were also nicely wrapped in a tissue paper. The envelope was also decorated with stickers that added a very nice touch.
