It had very easy payment but there should be a stated difference between hada labo shirojyun premium whitening lotion 140ml and 170ml they are literally the same thing I mistakenly bought both of them thinking they where different when I wanted to return it I sent Zak zakka an email and they responded in 24 to 48 hours which is great but I missed the email. The company also gives complementary sweets. The only thing I don't like is the high shipping prices which can be the same amount as the item

Excellent Service & Fast Shipping
After visiting Japan last year and discovering so many quality and innovative products, I've been on the lookout for ways I can reliably purchase these from the UK. This was my first time ordering from Zak Zakka and I would highly recommend.
I ordered cosmetic products that would be dispatched directly from Japan, and promptly received a helpful email from Keita, informing me of the shipping process and timescales. Delivery was made to my address within 6 days, and they had even included a little bonus gift of milk candy, which was much appreciated!
Overall, there's a good range of products at very fair prices and the service was efficient and reliable, with great communication. I will happily order from them again.
