Sent me the wrong product. I ordered bed sheets but got some cheap, ugly, plastic shit that's full of static electricity. All I got as a compensation was 10% discount code that I have to use within 2 months, as if I'm ever going to purchase from Zalando Lounge again.
Took 3 weeks to arrive as well, and it's not like the item I wanted exists anymore, because they only sell outlet stuff in limited quantities.
Don't give these scammers any of your money, they'll take it and run. Send you some overly priced fake items.

What's even the point? I was tricked into registering because they've made sure that google shows ridiculously low prices on items that then turn out to cost almost the same as the original price.
Like how can you seriously show a J.Lindeberg t-shirt for 35 kr, and then when you click on it and get brought to the page (and you have to register to be able to see it) it costs 529 kr.
And I know this isn't google's mistake, because before you navigate to the page, you get an enlargened picture when you press on it, and you can clearly see right next to Zalando-lounge 35 sek with free shipping.
Then when you try to cancel and delete your account, they force you to ALSO delete your regular Zalando-account in the process. In other words, once you've signed up for this nonsense, you're stuck unless you want to leave Zalando completely.
Ridiculous.
the website is spread out in a very stupid way, which makes finding products is very complicated and time-consuming. it's just big pictures and text with 60 and 70 percent off. I don't know who can design a website like that and sell as much as a brands!
Useless e-mail addresses are very simple problems that they do not want to solve. You have no value as a customer. The return time is also very long. I almost only shop online, I have never seen such bad customer service. They do not deliver my product and they did not help when I wrote it. They replied that it will be returned 14 days later, your money will be refunded. Customer service is not needed. I see this information on the site anyway.Useless.
