Wish some things would be better
Miinto and Boozt are alternatives for some things. Zalando waits for ages to ship a huge bunch of orders together so they can save money on shipping despite the fact that you pay for it. Have received 20 kilo boxes STUFFED with goods that are broken or damaged due to the way Zalando pressures the things together in giant boxes not meant for consumer goods. Have received several boxes that the shipping company has had to reclose with their own tape when the goods sprung open during transport due to the fact that Zalando overstuffs packages to save money that the consumer pays for the transport. The delivery is so slow for this reason. But on the other hand, the times I contacted them with product issues, the service have been kind, so I still use them for now.
I feel like I hit the Jackpot
I saw the legendary ECCO special edition Offroad boots(costs 2200 kr) on Zalando web site as the cheapest in early January with 15 % off)! I decided to wait for more January discount! After I checked I found that the boots were sold! I filled in my email to be informed just in case the boots are in store again! A week later I received the good news that the boots are in and with an impressive 70% off!

The worst place you can ever experience !! . Avoid them in all cost!!! The payment system is ridiculous and the costumer service is outrageously non cooperative!!! If I could give -0 star would be the closest to my opinion and opinions of people I know they had same trouble with them!

My last 4 orders have not been delivered, I have made complaints but get some pathetic responses, I am not even able to change my address as the country keeps coming up as Ireland, it does not allow it to change to U.K. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEIR DELIVERY PROCESS, I feel something very odd going on.

Good but issues with NEXT product descriptions
Mostly I am happy with the prompt service I receive from Zalando, and their carriers PPL. Without exception things are delivered on time and I appreciate the free returns.
However there are issues with receiving the wrong product, the wrong size, or a product that was not properly described. E.g., I have ordered 6 pairs of NEXT jeggings in the last year. The first two pairs were not as pictured on the site and were a different type of jean. Then I was sent petite sizes instead of regular which was not stated in the product description, as well as receiving a set of pyjamas from another brand in XL when I ordered S.
After ordering jeggings again and carefully reading the product description, I was sent cosy extra warm jeggings instead of regular jeggings which was also not indicated. So far only one out of six pairs of jeggings has been what was described.
Customer service responded very quickly, but could not advise if a similar product matching its actual description was available. I'll still use Zalando but will avoid certain brands from now on.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely disgusting experience. The customer service is basically a bunch of people copying and pasting the same generic replies. No help at all. Also, constant delays with refunds. Well, at this point I don't even know if I get my money back, because it's been so long (any promised deadlines have already passed). Zalando feels like a scam.

Awful customer service - avoid
Awful customer service. I didn’t receive an item and I’ve contacted zalando numerous times on their chat and email. No response and the people on chat don’t help and say they’ll get back to you but they don’t. I would avoid using them
Taken my money - refuse to refund
My order didn’t go through, but the money has been taken out of my account. Zalando are saying it’s with my bank, but my bank have said the merchant holds the money and given the payment has been taken from ‘ZALANDO G’ and given Zalando’s inconsistent answers to my questions, I think they’re correct. I contacted customer service for a refund, every time I email it’s a different person and they keep saying the money is ‘pending’ or that ‘it’s in pre-authorisation’ even though it’s been taken out of my account and my bank has confirmed it’s with the bank. I now have to raise a dispute with my bank as ZALANDO refuse to refund even though they have said themselves the order wasn’t processed correctly. Waste of time - no order number given as it wasn’t even ‘shipped’

Fake item recieved !!
Ordered a “The North Face Nuptse 96” jacket, in black. It came in a blank plastic bag, opened the bag; everything about it was off, material / tags / no down filling / size.. I issued a refund short after.
Zalando should be carefull who sells on their platform and what can come out of that.
Terrible customer service when it comes…
Terrible customer service when it comes to a warranty issue.
I have a faulty item and it was impossible to claim a fault. I ended up speaking to two customer agents after finally finding the chat option (and getting through a robot), who sent me a warranty form to fill out, but after several attempts it didn't work. In the end one of the agents just told me to try again later and closed the chat. So rude and unhelpful, never shopping with Zalando again.
Stupid chatbot everywhere can't see the screen properly
Why is there this intensly annoying chatbot button on the app which blocks your view? Who thought that was a good idea to force onto people? No one asked for it and it's garbage. I'm not training the crooks at Open AI and their chatbot for free. Thanks for encouraging me to shop elsewhere.

Parcel lost refused to refund
Parcel delayed by Evri. Checked tracking and delayed/problem. Zalando told me parcel is waiting for me in shop. Went to shop but no parcel. Contacted them again and they said it is delayed. Two days later they sent me document to sign and to testify I didn’t receive or collected parcel. According to Zalando this is to start legal action against Evri and after that they have promised me to refund me. I refused to send them anything with my signature as I have nothing to do with their battle against Evri, and it clearly says in their website there is a problem with my parcel. Told them to use my emails where I told them I don’t have a parcel. Still insisted on signign document but I don’t trust them what they going to do with my signature as my parcel was worth £500. No other company ever done this. Still waiting for a refund as I decided to make a claim through PayPal. Shocking experience.
