The worst delivery experience

So I bought a very expensive premium item on Zalando.hr, it came stuffed in a paper bag and crumbled in a tiny parcel locker. I left a review how I will return my order due to poor service and delivery methods (they work with Hrvatska pošta btw, which is THE worst delivery company in Croatia!). The review was honest but negative, and although I was respectful with my wording, they didn't publish it on their website, not even weeks later. I am seriously appaled by that behavior. They need to do better and be honest to their costumers. I am actually sad and disappointed because I left a lot of money on that website and deserved at least the right to leave an honest review. In comparison, I had a much better experience ordering premium items from Answear.hr (they always package everything in a box and have a super fast delivery via GLS, DPD or BoxNow).
Zalando.hr, upgrading your service is not a big ask, especially if you want to be a respectable seller of premium and designer items!

One of the worst liars and worst…

One of the worst liars and worst service, what you see online sales it says 3 days delivery meaning it’s 3 months delivery time. Price they charge for express service but delivery is not express but it’s just tortoise service. Forget about refunds you never ever get it. Avoid avoid.

No refoud and quality

Almost 1 month after return still did not refound money. Customer sevice says every time diferent story putting blame on HP delevery. That big company do not have 50 euros for refound???? Luckly I did not spent more. Also noticed after buying same product from other site that quality of item on Zalando is diferent worse. Avoid or if you have to buy cheaper items to not lose to much money.

Disgrace, honestly

Absolute worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. Zalando recieved my return over a month ago and they still haven’t paid me back. I’ve spoken to 3 of their agents, out of that 2 rude ones, and they just repeat the same useless info without answering my questions. In the past, I’ve sent emails for other orders and they either haven’t answered or answered badly like in this situation. Who is training these people? No way is this company ever getting my money again. They haven’t even had good offers in years and I’ve recieved damaged items multiple times. I considered it accidental mistakes even though one time it was severly damaged but this is a step too far.

I received the wrong size & customer service send me just a pre made answer.

I made an order asking for a t-shirt with Médium size and I received a Large size. I understand mistakes can happen,but I wrote to customer care and they told me I have to return the ítem due to their "non exchange policy". It does not seem fair to me to just tell me to return it without any consideration. Next time I will think twice before making another purchase with Zalando.

Terrible customer service

Made an order that was marked as delivered but I couldn't pick it up due to problems with the delivery service, I tried contacting the courier who said the couldn't help me, and then I tried to contact Zalando customer service. Incredibly rude customer service, I contacted them through e-mail and talked with two different women who completely ignored any questions I had, didn't care about the problems I had with the delivery process and gave flippant replies. I will definitely request a return of my money and delete my account.

Shipments and returns not functioning

The offer is very good and the brands chlice is nice. The issue is woth shipping and returns. Shipments are always late! Each time I ordered necer once has it arrived within given window. Returns are very didficult, not functioning, so the pickup option that they say is available actually is not. You have to take it to the post office yourself. This way, the convenience of online shopping is actually killed.

Really excellent service

Really excellent service. Delivery approx. 5 working days, goods well packed, return option available. Excellent choice. I have been buying for years and I am very satisfied. I don't understand their low raitnig on this site.

EDIT: Just came to say, I bought it in 2024 again and it happened again!!!!!

The sneakers arrived DIRTY and in the WRONG COLOR. DONT BUY VEJA SNEAKERS WITH THEM. We had to return them, leaving me without a gift for Christmas. All they offered (after I asked for a compensation for this horrible situation) was a 10% coupon. Interestingly, their website had a 15% coupon activated. This was the worst customer service experience.

usually they refund money, but now for NIKE sneakers, they are saying the hold-up is with the bank. I checked with the bank, never received their refund. scam
