No problems at all

Despite all the bad reviews, these guys were the only people that had what I wanted, so I took the chance before Christmas, and thankfully everything was fine, they sent emails with updates of what was happening and it landed within the dates they said it would, I got exactly what I ordered, so no complaints

Order still not shipped

Placed an order last week on 8/12. Delivery date was expected to be today (14/12) or tomorrow. Checked my order status and order has not yet shipped. Can’t get through to customer service as website only seems to have “self help” customer service. Avoid if you are looking for timely arrival of goods.

TERRIBLE!!!

TERRIBLE!!!
First order was for my holidays, didn’t came on time and now I have something that I wont use and I cannot return.

Tried again. Bought two Huddies from GAP to my dad, tracking with fastway it says it has arrived in the hub. Emailed zelando, but no responses. After 2 days delay with no updates at all, I contacted fastway and they said they will check what was the issue but they do have the parcel there.
On following day I got zelando team on live chat and they said the order was never sent to the warehouse. (????) and I won’t receive it. So they sent me a refund and “that’s it”

They couldn’t care less.
They are terrible.
I’d never buy again

After being a loyal customer of Zalando…

After being a loyal customer of Zalando for many years and I am extremely upset with the way I was treated and their customer service.
I returned items and had proof of postage, which which I provided them.
I was told they would not issue a refund as they items were not returned. They said they had received the parcel at the returns centre. I asked them which items they had received and they said they could not tell me. It seemed so strange that they received the parcel but were not willing to tell me which items they were missing. I requested to take it further and was told the decision was final.
Obviously I am very upset and the lesson is even with proof and an excellent track record of years of purchasing means zero to them.
Be warned, proof and receipt of parcel means nothing. Im still in shock

Ordered a beautiful winter coat

Ordered a beautiful winter coat, got a message from Zoolando to say they were ready to pack and send it and I would recieve it at a certain date. The next thing I get a message to say they received my coat and would send a refund. I never received my coat, I don't even think it was dispatched. Very dissapointed with their service.

Another order mistake from Zalando!

This is second time zalando have sent me the wrong size than I ordered, despite delivery note showing size I ordered. I was asked to provide photos of item showing label, packaging and delivery note. Duly did that and then got a short mail to say return item and Instructions. I ordered this item for travel in 1 week and now I have neither item or money. No offer of replacement immediately due to their mistake nor immediate refund. Very poor service indeed, zalando, you need to do much better for your customers, this is not acceptable.

Very slow to get refunds

Very slow to get refunds, returned a parcel 9th of Aug, today is 19th and Zalando still have not received it from their courier. I live 50 mins away from their warehouse!!!! Told me to wait another 9 days and they will "look into it". Nearly a month for a refund, won't be buying from then again.

Use them all the time

Use them all the time, prices are competitive and never an issue with them including a couple of returns I made. Much cheaper than the other very expensive Irish online store.

Easy online purchase with a speedy delivery

Purchased a bikini online. Received the goods far quicker then expected. Delighted with everything.
TBH I was a bit dubious about using this company having read the reviews but after my experience, I would definitely use this company again.

Good service

Given the poor rating here, I was very skeptical to use Zalando but they were the only online retailers selling the trainers I wanted so I took a gamble.
Well I’m glad I did as my order was received exactly within the stated week timeframe and with no issues.
I was very pleased and would use Zalando again.

If they forget to ship an item

I ordered three items, when I received the items, what I received was really nice and good quality, quite happy with them. However, they forgot to send one of the items.
While contacting them to see could they send the other item it turns out they don't have the size anymore, and would only offer a refund. I asked could they send the next size instead, they said no, not policy to switch out. I would have to make a new order.
So, I pointed out to get the item that I would have to wait a few days the be reimbursed for the first item they never even sent to begin with and I would have to be available at home to get the parcel.
While I can understand mistakes like this do happen, to refuse to correct their own mistake and be expected to pay more on my end is ridiculous. A customer shouldn't be paying for their mistake, let alone paying extra.
I am certain they seem to think they should have tracking for the item and are confused - they don't seem to get the item never left their warehouse to begin with.

Pleased with my purchase

I was very hesitate to order from here after reading the reviews but I took a chance as it was the only place I could find the item I wanted at a reasonable price. Thankfully all went smoothly until the day of delivery when the courier dumped my parcel on my doorstep with no communication. It took 11 days to get to me including a bank holiday and was delivered within the time frame. Very pleased with my purchase, I'd be happy to buy from Zalando again, if they changed courier company.

No package and no refund yet

My package hasn't arrived on time. Zalando use Fastway. Had I known that I wouldn't have placed the order. Fastway are possibly the worse courier service.
My order is still in their depot. I won't get the package on time so I requested a refund from Zalando
Zalando have refused to refund me until they receive the package back from Fastway. So I have paid for items that I didn't receive and have to wait up to 14 days.
I will never shop here online again. It is an absolute disaster.
